Revera Hallowell House Long Term Care Home
Total lack of communication.My Aunt was there for 2 days.The third day she was taken to Picton Hospital.The doctor told me she was very sick and in a poor poor state, would not be leaving the hospital.I phoned the Hallowell House and left a message telling the director what the doctor had said. And I would probably have to give up her bed.No response from the Hallowell House to discuss this with me.I phoned there again days later and still no response.My aunt did pass away early in the morning and they had the nerve to charge me for that day.It would of been nice to have some kind of support and help.I
