We just took delivery of our first Volvo, an XC40. We dealt with Ryan Keatings at Volvo of Halifax. Ryan was absolutely the best salesperson we have dealt with in our 40+ years of buying cars! We had some issues with our own vehicle en-route to our appointment and Ryan went out of his way to make everything easy for us to keep our appointment to test drive the XC40. He showed us in spades that he puts the customer first. Ask for him and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Ryan.

Thinking about buying a Volvo? Be cautious! I purchased a brand new S60 in November 2021 at a cost of $70k. The car has less then 40,000 kms and requires brake pads and routers both front and back at a cost of $2161 and is NOT covered under warranty!!I love my car, it is always maintained and never mistreated. However, the cost of this repair and lack of warranty coverage is unacceptable and I now need to look at alternative options.

I knew a decade ago that Volvo’s good and safe. However only experienced with real person driving and purchasing, I can say that it’s all fancy and satisfying. Thank you Ryan for your service. Try not to work too many after work hours.

Had the pleasure of purchasing my 2017 XC90 from Ryan Keating. Very professional and easy to communicate with. He was able to answer questions and always felt he had my best interest in mind. Was a little reluctant given past experiences but was pleasantly surprised on a recent visit with my car. While getting service I spoke to the sales staff. With out writing a book here..The sales staff where very helpful and very upfront and when I finally got my car back the service to my vehicle was top notch. Keep up the great work!

Early in 2023 we purchased an XC40 from Volvo Halifax. Ryan Keatings was absolutely second to none to deal with. Not only did he find and have the exact vehicle that we wanted, he made purchasing it an absolute breeze. We were concerned about connectivity issues as we are in a rural location with no AT&T service but Ryan went above and beyond to determine that this issue will be fixed and sorted by Volvo Canada so that we will be able to connect on other towers belonging to other service providers. Ryan had our vehicle delivered to NL. Upon pick up, the screen was blank due to a recent software issue update/glitch. Ryan called ahead to Volvo NL to arrange to get this sorted and offered a hotel room and a meal to compensate for the inconvenience as we had a 5 hour drive back home. Ryan could not have been any better than he was. We absolute LOVE our XC40 and would recommend if you are in the market for a Volvo, head to Volvo Halifax and see Ryan Keatings.

I have always wanted an XC40. For 3 months I test drove 20 different cars and finally decided to try one Volvo had on the lot. Ryan and I did an extra long test drive (full disclosure- we got lost) one Saturday morning and in that time I learned all things Volvo. I was really impressed with it- but that particular one had a few more Kms than I wanted. In the weeks that followed Ryan and I were in contact regularly and the moment one came in that fit my specs he contacted me. I drove it- and the rest is history. Ryan- I appreciate so much your responsiveness and the care you took to make it new again for me. I have had my XC40 3 weeks now and have enjoyed every km!
