I have been using Luced in two homes over the past 20 years. In my previous home, they performed warranty work on a furnace. In my current home, Luced installed a new furnace, central air and two water heaters. Luced offers high-quality products at very competitive prices. Unlike other contractors, they don’t up-sell. Their crews show up on time, are courteous and knowledgeable, get the job done quickly and clean up when they are done.I am especially impressed by their attention to detail and neatness in running new wiring and pipes. Engaged Luced last summer in order to have an air source heat pump installed in my house. Mitch coordinated finding the best heat pump for my needs and Jeff completed the installation. Start to finish the service from Luced has been excellent. When Jeff installed the pump it was great to have the installer be so excited about the technology as I was!Towards the end of last year I also engaged Luced when I had my furnace go down during a cold snap and the entire team went above and beyond. The person who answered my call late in the evening followed up with me to help me troubleshoot the issue and Darryl came out the next day and had the furnace promptly back up and running!Overall I would strongly recommend Luced to anyone looking for an HVAC company, whether just for regular service or for a new install. They clearly go above and beyond for great customer service!
