Website shows that the post office opens at 9am and there’s a sign just taped up saying 12. The website should be updated if the hours change.

Every single time I come in, they aren't at the desk and have signs that they are away for 5-20 minutes. It is never consistent timing. If they are on breaks, they should be the same time every day. It is the second time I come to mail this package and they are gone. A sign says back in 5 minutes but I have been standing here for longer than 5 minutes now.

Staff was friendly but misplaced my package for a few days after I initially received the postal notice. They kept insisting it was still on the truck" and they would contact me as soon as it arrived. Luckily I was persistent and come to find out one of their employees just put it in a file drawer without first scanning it to put it in the system. So no one knew it was already there. Besides that

This place wasa absoult nightmare, when I had to go there postal outlet at the pharmacy in the elmvale shopping centre, I needed to purchasea money order to send to my husbanat the time, who was serving a prisonSentence in the Ottawa Carleton detention center in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. The order was for $850.00, and also purchased my one for my one for my son who was also serving asentence, for $100.00 . My son recieved his order 2 days later and my husband didn't. So I continued to go bad the the same outlet trying to find out what had happened to the 850.00$ money order . Months went by and i still continued to go there as much as I could all week long, and they could never tell me what ir where my money had ended up. But one day about 5 months later i happen to go there to send something else to my husband. And the girl came out of the back saying that my money order was found. So I was extremely happy and continued to ask really intensive questions and THEY Canada post, did not have one answer that They could give me. So at that time they returned a another money order to me in the amount of 850.00$. I then I went to the local cheque cashing store to get my money back they would not cash my money , at this time can't remember exactly what the reason was. So I do remember that they told me thatI had to return it too them for another cheque that was proper so I did . And they (cheque cashing store) told me that They deal with cheques from them on a regular basis, I argured that day for quite a while with some lady who to this day was never given her name. So they eventually sent me another cheque, and was told again that they would notcash it. So I continued to call and go there and i never ever did to this day receive my again I say my 850.00$ back. But what Idid receive was 3 Ottawa city police officers at my door to arrest me fof fraud and uttering a forged document, and ws take to jail that evening and realised the next evening on bail. Left wondering why I had to go to jail for money that was owed to me. To this day I would like to know why I was robbed of my own money.

I went in to pick up a parcel this weekend and no one was at the service counter, just a sign saying they would return in 30 mins. When I went to speak to the manager (Vicki) she was dismissive and rude and offered no help. By the time anyone arrived to help (after 30 mins) the people waiting there was a line up of 5 - 7 people --- some had just left. short staffed" and "no one is trained" were the excuses offered. ever wonder why people stop coming to your location???"

This is the most pathetic location I have ever visited. Just to keep this brief; this Canada Post location has completely random open hours. Every time I visit I would see a sign at their location in the back of Rexall store that would state We are open from 10am-2pm or Sorry we are closed today". Unbelievable."

Is supposed to be open until 5 today, it's not even 4pm and there is no one there or no note saying that it's temporarily closed.

Sometimes has a long line up, should have more than 1 staff onsite during peak hours. Other than that the staff are always available for question and very kind.

Always kind staff. I saw comments regarding hours… I find they always have a just reason for it. When there is one staff they still deserve a lunch break so unfortunately it has to close for that break to happen. It’s the same at my work. This is my favourite location.

Went twice in a row to mail a package. Yesterday they closed early for no reason. Today I called to see if they were open. They answered but put me on hold for ten minutes. I figured it would be ok so I just went in person to find a sign saying the guy went on break for 45 minutes. Awful location, find somewhere else to go and don’t waste your time
