Ay Dios Mio Tacos

Had the fish tacos today- absolutely perfect! The fish was cooked perfectly, crisp on the outside and soft and flavourful on the inside, and was told by the owner they're freshly made every day, not frozen. The toppings were fresh, and the spice was just enough. The tacos were fully loaded and I was well stuffed after! I don't even really love fish that much but the fish tacos were SOOoOOOOO GOOD IM 100000% COMING BACK!!!!

I was just recommended this place by a co-worker and let me tell you it did not disappoint. The staff is super friendly, and the food is very fairly priced. I tried the jerk chicken, shredded beef, pork and barria. They were all delicious and well portioned but the jerk chicken was my favorite. I'll definitely be heading back and recommending it to all my friends.

Only had the fish tacos so far but they were delicious.I was there near closing time and they were out of pulled pork (which was fine with me), got 2 fish tacos and all the ingredients were still fresh and tasty.It's not the cheapest chip wagon fare but I appreciate the quality of the ingredients that they served me for the price, it really did translate into a tasty meal.

If you're looking for an amazing food experience, look no further than this gem! I tried the quesa birria and beef taco and they were both phenomenal - so flavorful and satisfying. The service was also outstanding - fast, friendly, and sweet. I've tried a lot of tacos in Ottawa, but this has quickly become my new favorite spot. Highly recommend!

Went for the first time, and it was outstanding! Had the fish taco which was light, and very fresh. I was desperately trying not to wolf it down. The chicken taco had a nice spicy kick to it that was not overwhelming...it was just perfect. All the veg was extremely fresh and tasty.

Authentic, delicious, fantastic. Such a great meal - everything tasted amazing but the quesa Birria is a MUST! Also the freshest and best churros! Would highly recommend for tacos in Ottawa.

Best in the city. Flavours are incredible. Prices are great. And the owner and staff are impeccable. Would a do recommend to everyone I talk too.

This is now the only place I go to for tacos now. They ruined other restaurants for me with how excellent these tacos are! So fresh, tasty, and great value. They focus on mainly tacos and it shows in the high quality of their product. I have been recommending this place to all my friends, family, co-workers, and even strangers. The jerk chicken is my favourite as the mix of flavours satisfies the soul. I haven’t even gotten to the excellent service. It’s the kind of service that is genuine and you want just to be there because they’re so nice. I’d give them 6/5 stars if I could. But don’t just take my word for it, go now! You won’t regret it ;)

UPDATE! They are back open for another season, and their fish tacos are freaking amazing! Run, don't walk!-------I honestly wasn't too impressed with the tacos I had last time I was here , but this food truck is now under new ownership and a new chef, so I had to give it another chance. The menu is a lot simpler, and they are just selling tacos, churros, chips and gauc and some drinks.The hubby and I both got a set of 4 tacos each and a side of churros. I ordered 3 fish and one vegan, but they packed in a beef one instead. I don't eat beef, so my loss, and hubbies gain. The hubby got a fish, jerk, beef, and pork. He loved them all, but was meh about the beef, as it was not as colorful looking as the rest. I thought all my fish tacos were fantastic. The tacos also came with lemon, and lime and a side of hot sauce, which was super flavorful and not too hot. I wanted to try the chips and gauc but they were sold out. Churros delish and I really enjoyed the chocolate sauce for dipping. It would be awesome if they had a caramel sauce as well. On that note, I could drink the chocolate sauce it comes with. Dang, it was good!Opening up the new sleek black packaging made me extremely happy as well. The tacos were so bright and colorful. Seriously, go look at the pics I uploaded of the tacos...WOW! Everything was packed with so much care.This would have been a solid 5 star for me, but again, they gave me a beef taco instead of the requested vegan taco. 4.5 stars.
