Starting with the phone service, to Mitch's friendly and professional manner, everything was done on time, and with care for my home. I had a natural gas line placed for my barbecue, a water line for my fridge, and my gas stove moved out of the house for flooring repairs and back in.I fully recommend this company to anyone.

Starting with Joan, the office reception person and office manager the way I was greeted and talked to was friendly and I instantly felt relaxed. She listened to my concern and was able to quote me the charges to take care of my need. This may not be possible in all cases without first seeing the proposed job, but to my surprise she was able to do just that for me. I was pleasantly surprised with the price quote in comparison with other plumbing companies. That would include Home Depot to the tune of a $500 difference! Mitch, the plumber/technician/tradesman was a pleasure to deal with, answered all my questions politely and set me at ease with his maner and professional attitude. I must say that I have never had such satisfying dealings with any other tradesperson or company before. I strongly recommend this company and team.

Excellent, friendly and prompt service from Andreij for 3 gas appliances; Rinnai water heater, Viesmann boiler and a gas fireplace. Good explanation of the service and why it was needed. Definitely use them for our future plumbing needs.

Had an extension put in for gas range. Excellent service. Fit us in last minute. Clean efficient, quality work. Technician found a bit of a water leak in my crawlspace and managed to isolate it to the tub overflow. Above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone!

What a great group, needed toilet replaced old toilet taken away and garburator removed. I was given an accurate estimation of cost and timeliness. I was so happy Dixon was able to arrive first thing in the morning the day after i called.
