Dr Cheng is incredibly professional and easy to talk to. A fantastic listener, and makes treatment easy to understand and implement.The receptionist at the clinic is also very attentive and very friendly. I highly recommend Dr Cheng, the best endocrinologist I’ve been to.

I had gestational diabetes and she was very helpful and supportive throughout my pregnancy. She hears every concern and explains very well. She is very patient and polite. Her team is also very good at their work. I felt supported and confident throughout.

Dr. Cheng helped me get my blood glucose level down dramatically and put me on the proper medications to do so. Because of her treatment I lost almost thirty lbs.

Dr Alice Cheng was sweet and made the visit so comfortable. Also, made it simple to address concerns and was so patient. The receptionist is well organized and follow up on time. Definitely the best endocrinologist in Mississauga!

Its hard get the appointment with Dr. Chang and when I did she doesn't even hear about my symptoms. She decided course of treatment without regard for patient's needs (which other doctors recommended not to). When my symptoms got worse and I tried to reach her, her assistant refuse to pass the information about my symptoms to Dr. Chang. And said that I don't need any further course of action. I don't understand why Canadian health care professionals have no accountability of their actions.
