I wasn’t the only one that had a problem trying to get help with purchasing a laptop and some other items. 3 cashiers not doing anything. 1 associate on the floor and she couldn’t have been bothered to help ANYONE. There was multiple people that needed help.Asked for assistance. Instead got an eye roll and was told I will be right with you. Stood there for 25 minutes.. meanwhile the cashiers looked super duper busy chit chatting amongst themselves.Went to the Notre dame location. What do you know? I was in and out of there within 10 minutes with my purchases. I get that it’s a busy time of year. No need for this to happen.Avoid this location at all costs! Unless you want terrible service and have plenty time to kill.

I have always bought computers, laptops and printers at Staples for myself, my adult daughters and my grandchildren. The service is excellent and techs go over and above to help me. I am 77 yrs old so I appreciate how patient and friendly they are. Today I picked up my laptop at Staples Marcus Drive in Sudbury, ON. I was sooo happy that my problem had been dealt with. Wesley (Supervisor if I recall) and Jaydon were very helpful and Wesley was able to simplify things for me. I was BEYOND GRATEFUL !!!!!!! Thank you, thank you. Westley and Jaydon

I think the print area anywhere is notorious for slow service (usually theyre overloaded with work), but every time Ive been there and Philip was working, he's running around doing the work of 3 people and really makes sure the job is done, done well, and making sure customers are recognized and taken care of. He's always a pleasure to work, wish they had 3 of him behind the counter, lol. But everytime here the team has been a pleasure to print with.

Print shop is awful. I went in yesterday night to have something printed, they told me they could do what I wanted but were unable to print double-sided. Completely fine. I went back today and decided not to do the prints double sided. Only to be told they don’t do prints at all and it all has to be done online. Starting to think they just don’t want to do anything..

I was sold a product that is unusable; then told that it can't be returned. If your agents are selling a product, they should be educated enough, with regards to said product, to be able to inform a buyer about the potential problems. It really pushes caveat emptor to its extreme. In an internet equipped age, one might say I should have done my research first. I did, there was brief mention that one might find the product a touch small. Nowhere was it ever indicated, or even implied, that if you are not at the very most an average size individual, that these are so small that they will fall out, let alone fit snuggly. Lesson learned, I am an educated individual, and I won't be making the mistake again.Not only do I completely disagree with this operating practice, but it indicates to me that I cannot trust a Staples representative to inform me about the products they carry. I will be closing my Staples accounts, and I will no longer be spending money either personally or through my businesses at any Staples location. Management should know that the amount was considerable, all over a $150 product.

Since they’ve moved to the new store and seem to have an entirely new staff, this store is a nightmare to deal with. Absolutely no service, or when you do finally track someone down, people are not at all knowledgeable and give bad advice. I’ve had to go through corporate numerous times to have errors fixed caused by this team. If you need to go to staples in Sudbury, go to the one on Notre Dame.
