Costco Tire Centre

-5 Stars. Why is it so difficult to get ahold of someone at this location? We have not received a call back regarding our tire purchase. I have tried for days trying to speak with someone; the line rings but no answer, no voicemail, no nothing. How does a company/location of this status not understand the basics of customer service… poor management!

I bought a set of winter tires for a Tesla Model 3. Brought my own rims which were purchased elsewhere and tpms. They installed everything nicely and professionally. They even marked the summer tires which is front and rear, this is very important for the RWD model I have. This has been a life saver because Tesla doesn’t sell the winter wheels set, all sold out. Luckily this place did everything properly. The only negative experience is that I had to wait 2 weeks or so for the appointment, which is super long, but this beats Tesla’s which looks like waiting until the summer to get the winter rims and tire set in stock. In the past I did a tire installation there on another car and it was also very well done. Did oil changes there a number of times with previous cars, always been a good job and well priced. But the wait time to make an appointment again is what I didn’t like. But this is not necessarily a bad thing because it shows this place is popular and overbooked.

Costco Tire Center makes me want to puke.Not worth buying the discounted tires for Terrible customer service.Rather pay premium and get standard custom service.Costco general customer service is great but seems like their tire shop staff need a refresher on customer service and general management skills.

I would like to preface this review saying that I have used this Costco Tire Center many times, and have had reasonable service and good results. This review is based off of a poor customer service experience I had today.I had a booked tire change appointment for today. I was running 10 minutes late as I had to help a fellow cyclist with a flat tire this morning, so this was the context of the encounter. I was serviced by a man named Young Ho. Immediately, he was curt and rude to me, said you're late"

Bought my winter blizzak tires and had them installed at this location can't say anything bad about this Costco really good store!

I got an appointment here few weeks in advance to switch winter tires with all season and was there 15 min. early. After around 2 hours waiting, they told me that my tires are not good enough to be replaced with the winter tires and tried to push me into buying 4 new tires. My tires are 3 years old (50,000 km) and not in bad shape. I decided to leave and change the tire somewhere else. My understanding was that they where behind the schedule and tried to get rid of some people to back on track. Poor management, weak technical consultation, bad customer service.

I think this place prides itself of not having appointments on time. It is 1h past the allocated time and the car is not even in a bay.

I would like to give ZERO stars to this Costco Tire Center that had the terrible customer service. One tech with 13 years work experience brutishly damaged the wheel nuts of our pickup as he didn't select the proper tool. He even countercharged that we had done that before sending the pickup to Tire Center. I was a royal customer of Costco and always bought everything at Costco. However, after this horrible experience, I totally changed my mind. It was a nightmare talking with that guy!

Tire center lack of customers services. No body answers phone call and some representative talk to customer carefully.

I had to the call the tire centre to ask questions about tire services.Firstly, no one answers and even if they do they just answer and hang up.Worst service from costco.
