I ordered and they didn’t listen and gave me the 3 pizzas. When I arrived home the pizza order was completely wrong, the boxes were not labeled and they gave me the a totally different order. When we called they showed me attitude on the phone. When we went back to return the order they said they will give the actual order. But when we asked why didn’t you label the boxes they said that they only label it sometimes when they feel like it. After returning home my son was eating a pepperoni pizza slice and there was hair inside of the pizza. I do not recommend this play the customer service is bad…

DO NOT GO HERE!!!They lie about their prices and false advertise. Both their online and instore menu prices are fake and they will not honor the price or product they display.Example: Classic Med combo, 2 pizzas, 6 toppings combined, 2 dips. Menu in store says 24.99. online says 24.99 yet if you go there and try to purchase... They will tell you that this does not exist and the website needs updated and apparently all their store menu's are also incorrect with false information and prices printed.THEY ARE A SCAM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY.if zero stars were an option for accountability and service then this establishment would earn a well deserved zero

The worst donair I’ve ever had. So little meat and the flavour was not good at all. Also ordered mozzarella sticks. They were lukewarm on the outside, and the cheese was not melted at all on the inside. I will definitely never go back there to order anything.

Worst pizza eaten today from pizza depot, quality of pizza going pathetic day by day,iv ordered chicken pizza delight, chicken pieces smells alot & also not fresh chicken. Pizza was not at all served hot, after reaching home just had 1 piece rest all pizza thrown as it smelled alot. Complainted the depot about same should have offered another pizza.

Ordered from here on doordash for the first time. Got a Donair poutine and some cheese breads. Firstly, the Donair poutine is a joke. It's small pieces of flavorless Donair meat with a massive amount of fries.. I asked for sweet sauce on it, they didn't even bother to put it. They also didn't even provide a plastic fork so I guess I'm expected to eat it with my hands now.Next the cheese breads, it's actually not bad. The only weird part is they gave a pizza box with the cheesebread completely uncut.. So I'm now forced to use my hands, which are already covered in Donair poutine, to break it open manually.. Was odd, I've never seen uncut cheesebread from a pizza place.. Anyway, I would not recommend this place. The Donair poutine is nothing compared to homestyles or primetime. Go there instead.

I ordered 1 pizza at 7 pm today- they told me to come in half an hour. I reached the shop and 7:30 and they told me to wait 5 minutes.I waited until 7:55 and when I asked they told me kitchen made a mistake and they will make my pizza in 15 minutes.They are focusing more on online orders than regular customers.I saw a few guys get their orders before me while I was waiting there
