Complaints committee is a sham and farce.  Internal individuals formally protecting their 'brand' from their numerous and substantially incompetent members.Don't waste precious time making complaints, take legal action against members.

They have the ability to process payments but can't run a functional call-line. Just got a call back today Mar 31 after leaving a message on January 9th. Embarrassing.

The receptionist is not helpful at all. Very rude, unapproachable and discriminatory.

One of your members Giselle Harrison is a complete joke and disgrace. She uses very outdated Marxist leninist double speak without speaking about systems biology which affects how people act and their health in general.

High fees for their registration process. Once you get you're registration certificate. I do not see any tools or useful information that they provide to use as a regulatory body. Simply a money grabber.

They do not process my application that's been about 4 months but the payment was done within a second. They should change the company name to Ontario College of Credit card processing centre workers

Ridiculous waiting times to be registered. But that's what happens when you have to work with a monopoly.

unfair and lengthy process for international degree registration. Even if WES says it's equal and you have twice as many courses required they will likely take your money, come back and say you are missing courses in one of their twelve areas. Cash grab is real. The committee members they are non-diverse and around the same age. Unimpressed from start to finish. Fairly oppressive system for internationally trained social workers that will make you re-think your profession choice imo.

Why does the OCSWSSW have a dismal 2.1 google rating? Probably because they are a truly awful organization....I have submitted several complaints regarding specific social workers...nothing....I have asked to meet the CEO, Lise Betteridge, she would not meet me after several requests.....is it because I am a male? Of course it is because I am a male. The OCSWSSW discriminates against men; the agency is dominated by women and treats men like the enemy. I guarantee you that if I was a female, I would be granted a short interview with Lise Betteridge. This awful organization doesn't even have the courage to answer their google complaints. Why?....because they don't care about the public.
