This was my 5th vehicle repair with friendly, professional service and a fair price. Jim is my main contact. I've always said that you see how good a company really is when there is a problem and how they handle it. They fixed a rear 1/4 panel two years ago on my Audi and the paint started to bubble in the same area. I took it back initially not remembering it was the same 1/4 panel they fixed before. Jim gave me a quote. After thinking about it I was certain it was the same panel. Spoke to Jim who said he would have a look and let me know. Wasn't sure what that meant and if I was going to get stuck with another bill.It was booked for 5 days and after 2 the shop called and said it was ready for pick up. I was a little nervous as Jim hadn't called to tell me his findings or the charges. When I went to pick it up Jim explained that the paint bubble was just beside where they had repaired it 2 years earlier and they did not charge me ANYTHING!! This could have gone a few different ways and I was so pleased they stood behind their work. I don't normally write reviews but am so happy with Mercury Auto Body and how they handled this situation that I wanted to share my experience. It was always my Go To shop but Jim and team have me at a new level of appreciation. Thank you Jim and Team!

After being rear ended in October of 2019 the insurance company’s preferred shop butchered the repairs. Nothing was right. Bumper wasn’t finished, rough primer exposed, damage to the plastic was still deformed, etc. Took it to Mercury auto body to make things right. This shop went above and beyond to make things finally right 2 months later. Can’t say enough good things about the way Jim conducts business. There are reasons shops like these have been in business as long as they have been! Great job! Attention to detail, quality and craftsmanship is a hard find these days!Thanks

Had the floorboard in my car, which had rusted through repaired. Jim, was a pleasure to deal with. Done at the price promised and a day faster than expected. The work was done in July 2017, and I am happy to report all is well with the work that was done a year later. Trusted, and will go to them for any future work without hesitation.

I have been taking my cars for all of their body work needs to Mercury for years. I have always been treated fairly and they have done a fantastic job.

Excellent customer service and outstanding work. Jim is a great guy to deal with. Friendly and honest which is rare in this industry. He took in my 2001 Lexus with a dented fender and scuffed bumper and made it look brand new. He returned my car clean. The car was in and out in two days.

Good automobile shop, they usually deal with insurance companies as a preferred. Unfortunately they do not have all make and models and we couldn't get to use it for our vehicle, insurance company gave us other shop. We will have to drive further away to the other bodyshop instead of this closer one.

Although i didn't have the pleasure of Jim and his team repairing my vehicle (it ended up being a write off), Jim got my vehicle in as soon as possible to take a look and got the process started quickly as i was out of pocket for a rental vehicle. I was very happy with the way i was treated at this body shop. Thanks Jim!
