Excellent Professional Service!!!! Friendly, Supportive, Helpful, Knowledgeable, Honest and Reliable!We recently moved to Perth and had difficulty finding a company that made us feel comfortable handling design/product selection and installation. Our reno was huge with 3 new bathrooms and a laundry room. Anne Marie Tait from the store was extremely helpful and patient. Anne Marie and Rebecca visited our home and made a series of design and product suggestions. The store hired Richard Cleroux (Bath Creations) to manage the project along with Guy Bourguignon (GF Unlimited Construction) and his crew who did the installation. All of them were fantastic! When we changed our minds on a few items the EP store took them back which was really impressive when we returned shower doors even after the packaging was discarded! It was a stressful 9 weeks but Anne Marie and Guy kept us grounded and reassured during the entire project and addressed all our concerns and issues. Everyone in this relationship went above and beyond. We are 100% satisfied and strongly recommend these folks!!!! We also want to thank Georgia and John for their valued assistance with lighting and bulb selections throughout our home.This is the way a business is supposed to be run! THANK YOU!Chris and Melita

So happy with our bathroom transformation. Designer Anne Marie at Bells Corners provided professional advice on my makeover and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to be able to see and feel the products and materials in their grand showroom. This allowed me to match quality with my budget. Contractor Scott was very detailed oriented and did an outstanding job on my renovation. I highly recommend the team at EP Store for their professionalism, quality and superior service.

I have been dealing with Fred from the EP Store. Highly recommend this store. Fred helped me along the whole way of ordering Legrand outlets (Adrone & Netatmo smart receptacles) for my entire newly built custom home. He then worked with my electrician to coordinate the right products needed to get the job done. Then he patiently helped me choose every single interior and exterior light fixture to complete the project while staying within budget. He took the time to understand our personal styles and he delivered flawlessly! Fred truly has gone above and beyond for us. Thank you again!!

Went to get a faucet for a kitchen reno project. I had a very hard time finding kitchen faucet options in Ottawa that wasn’t from a big box store (I’ve heard they are made with inferior parts despite being the same model/make).The faucet options felt a bit limited (compared to the big box store) but I was so happy with the faucet I left with. It could’ve be the only faucet option and I still would’ve been happy to buy from them. I definitely think everyone could find a faucet they like and would be confident that it’s good quality.I worked with Sherri to make my choice. She was very understanding, patient and helpful.I was also surprised by the amount of lighting and fan options at the store. Wish I found this place earlier.

During our 6 months of condo renovations, we stepped into the Bells Corners EP store to look only for lighting. In the end, we purchased all of our beautiful lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, knobs, bathroom accessories, bulbs, and mirrors at the EP store. We purchased quality items. More so, we received sound advise. The staff listened to our needs and concerns and ensured that we chose the correct size of lighting fixtures, ceiling fans and mirrors to compliment the space ofeach room. With each visit to the store, we were recognized and greeted. We were certainly satisfied with the pricing, quality and choice of designs presented to us. Our condo renovation has finally been completed and our decor decisions are spot on. Our condo is a unique and welcoming space and receiving lots of compliments. Thank you EP store!

Will never shop here ever again and I suggest the same to you. I bought a replacement part for my faucet which they recommended to me but didn’t fit. I brought it back and asked if I could possibly get a store credit (which would have been used toward a larger purchase of a whole new faucet). The “customer service” rep rudely said he wasn’t taking this part back as it was damaged (had Teflon tape on it) and I was asked “what am I gonna do with this?!” and “would YOU buy this part like this?!”. I decided to shop here to support a smaller local business even though the prices are higher but it’s too bad I get treated this way when there’s an issue. I don’t think I would have ever had this experience at a larger box store. Trust me : avoid this place at all costs!

Had quite a simple request as I was looking for replacement bulbs and one guy was practically rude and the other quite unhelpful. Called Marchand and within 20 seconds I had a quote and didn't have to explain what I was looking for. I would not go to this store.

I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I received here. John provided honest, straight forward advice on electrical for my kitchen reno and I’m super happy with the results. I highly recommend this store.

I am a contractor who has been recommending clients come here for years. My clients have purchased shower towers, custom bases, faucets, and sinks... not to mention endless light fixtures. The selection is definitely one of the best in the city. The customer service is great as well! In about 15 years I have had only two faulty products, and both were replaced without questions or problems. Any contractors working in Bells Corners needing plumbing materials should stop by the desk in the back. Great store for all of your plumbing and electrical needs!
