Village Laundry

The value of their service is so underrated. As someone who is very busy, my laundry can often be overlooked or it is just another thing I have to take care of. Village Laundry is always there to take that load off me, and for the price to have my clothes cleaned and folded by someone I trust, I can't recommend them highly enough.

I was impressed. Laundy was picked up, washed and was very neatly folded with next day return. Service was friendly and communicated well via text and phone. Rates were reasonable. I will inquire next time I use their services about any unscented detergent options as their detergent had a scent.

Short version: I just went to use their drop-off service today and the experience was very confusing and frustrating, sure the laundry was good but he treated me like a nuisance more than a customer and will not be returning. Lies about whether he takes credit cards and all around not welcoming.Long version: Upon arrival the person I spoke to wasn't very welcoming, only said hi when I walked right up to him, wondering if he was even someone who worked there. He was, and I asked if the drop-off service was available, which it was. I showed him the suitcase I had brought the clothes in, and he seemed confused, but went to set up the order anyways.He said I was to pay 10$ up front which I expected, no big deal. I asked him if he could take any card payment, and said that he couldn't. Laundromats I've been to before usually take cards for drop-off service, so I hadn't brought cash with me, but I understood that as a smaller business it simply may not be an option. I asked if he had an ATM, he said no, and I asked if he knew where the closest one was, so I could go take out cash and come back. I've had to do this before as well, so I wasn't really phased at this point.Then all of a sudden he looked incredibly angry and asked if I had a credit card. I said yes, I have both credit and debit available. He then pulled out one of those payment devices that plug into a smartphone/tablet and take credit card payment. So... he does take credit? I was confused as to why he had apparently lied to me, but ignored it and simply made the payment.As I was leaving, I asked if he used fabric softener, and he said he normally doesn't, but it's available if I want it. I started to explain that only one fitted sheet out of my load specifically needed it, and that if the loads were split up he doesn't need to worry about the rest of the clothes. I was in the middle of my sentence when he interrupted me to say all the clothes go in one load". Both his tone and the way he glared at me told me he thought I was stupid.I left it at that

I arrived at approximately 8:00 pm to do my laundry. As soon as the wash cycle was done, the owner asked how long I would need for drying. I told him that I'd need about 30 minutes at which point I was informed he was closing at 9:00 so I wouldn't be able to fold them. There is a sign on the door stating that the last load is at 8:30 so I assumed I would have time to complete my laundry since I arrived before that time. I will never return to this laundromat.

We used Village Laundry's wash and fold service, and the experience we had was smooth and painless. Our laundry was picked up, cleaned, and returned within 24 hours. Jogesh was extremely pleasant to deal with, and his response time was quick. Great value overall.

I am more than happy to use your services. You guys make it so much fun with free pickup and drop off laundry.

I've been going to this laundry mat for over a year now and I really love the cleanliness, the friendly staff and the durable washer and dryers. Don't hesitate to utilize this business as they know exactly what it means to have great customer service.

I am genuinely impressed! I walked into Village Laundry and was immediately greeted by the owner! Not only did they greet me, but we had an awesome conversation! It truly felt like no time at all had passed by the time my laundry was done. How often do you get that at a Laundromat? I would HIGHLY recomend anyone to do their laundry here! The store has an owner who is extremely dedicated to the happieness and satisfation of their guests!

The business no longer exists... like you won't even find the building... the entire building has been destroyed... Now it only exists in our memories and our imaginations... and apparently still on google
