We hired Cook Construction to develop our unfinished basement a few years ago. We found Brian Cook to always be a straight shooter, down to earth and would make suggestions that took our ideas to another level. All stages of the development process from room planning to picking out the finishing touches were seamless and hassle free. If we were unhappy with anything (which rarely happened), he would make it right immediately.Since our basement was so beautifully finished, many of our neighbours have reached out to Cook Construction as they want a similar experience and quality of work completed in their homes.If we were to build a home or undergo further renovations to our home in the future, hands down we would only consider Cook Construction for the project and would highly recommend them to everyone!

Cook Custom Homes constructed an outdoor kitchen to tie into our existing covered deck. From the beginning of the planning stage, during construction and to the final completion, everything was seamless. Brian Cook was always available with any questions or concerns we had. The trades were always professional and did a fantastic job. This addition to our home looks as though it was constructed with our home and not added 3 years later. The roof was tied into the existing covered deck without issue, the stone and stucco match perfectly and the cedar ceiling looks amazing! The landscaping and flooring was done by Cook Custom Landscapes, Lewis was easy to work with and had great suggestions on design and selection. Couldn't be happier with our new living space and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

This was not the case for us at all. Our process with them was smooth sailing from day 1. Brian was very involved with every step of the build and would give us as much time and attention as we needed to discuss ideas, pricing, etc. to make the best decision for our home. All of the trades they work with are top notch, professional and helpful. They have innovative ideas but are very reasonable and respectful of staying within your individual budget. We had very few issues throughout the process and when something did arise, Brian was quick to respond and sort it out.
