If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a blanket for my dog that was a little to small. Within two hours of my purchase I called to ask if I could return it and was told of course bring it back. Shortly after my call I returned to the store with the blanket only to find out that because there was a few strands of dog hair on it, they would not be able to return it.What horrible customer service and obviously no communication between associates. Was forced to keep the blanket that was too small for my dog. I hope the 20$ that they keep they invest in some proper customer service training.

Always nice to have a small local store with fresh baked goods from Gunthers and I do really like seeing what new john deere mugs they might have to add to my collection from there gift shop
