Our experience with Stacy was fantastic from start to finish. Easily 5 stars, 11 out of 10. We initially purchased a new build and this was our first time going through the experience of selling a home and also our first time purchasing a home from a seller. When we first started thinking about selling our home, we had reached out to Stacy about where to start. Ultimately, we decided not to go ahead with a move just yet.. but Stacy kept us in the loop about what was on the market and what was going on in our current neighbourhood. But never where we felt pressure to list or make a move until we were ready. We received excellent support and advice throughout the entire process. Stacy was always conscious of our feelings and concerns with buying our forever home, staying in budget and making sure that we timed a purchase/sale to coincide together as per our financing pre-approval.
