It's is a super dirty Tim's, it smelled weird. The floor was incredibly sticky. One staff member appeared to hate their job, and the other one was overly enthusiastic. The coffee was great, though!

they messed up everything about my order. simply a mocha ice cap, buffalo chicken wrap, and a four cheese bagel with cheese and bacon, they gave us a mocha iced coffee and tried to reuse the cup after finding out it was wrong. then gave us a breakfast egg sandwich? and a ranchwrap. i’m baffled by how inconsistent and incompetent their staff is.

Disappointed at this tims. I work retail so I can understand how to treat customers and have patience but a lot of them don't, there are some that are great, but I was dealing with a guy on April 17 who did not help me with getting the coupon on the app for my order. I mentioned clearly what coupon I had and that I wanted to use it and he scanned my code and then told me that I paid for it and didn't get the deal, without trying to solve or help me with it at all. He shrugged and scoffed. He could have called for help if he wasn't sure and I would have had no problem instead of making me pay for something I wouldn't have done. Bad customer service for that

Gross and dirty. Got a couple drinks from the drive through. Noticed the person serving had very dirty hands. The cups were covered in coffee grounds, dirt, and crumbs. Called them and they didn't care. She said that they did nothing wrong and didn't care the cups were dirty. Gross product and even worse customer service.

I had a mobile order for that store and they didn’t have it in there screen so they sent me across the street to Woodgrove mall even thought I didn’t jot order from that one the manager honoured it cause that’s what you do. Unlike the rude deer in head like employees at Dickson crossing . Customer service is there last priority

I go here almost every work day. The ladies at the front are super. I'm greeted with a smile and hello. For food and drink, it's a Tim's. The restaurant itself is clean and the seating is decent. I've had a few coffee meetings here and haven't been bothered by noise or anything. Keep those front line staff rewarded for what they do as they treat your customers great.

So glad I pour my coffee into a separate cup! Service inside is WAY better than drive thru. The lady that runs needs to be a little friendlier.I guess I need to try a different store even though this one is sooo convenient.

They didnt have anything made so I just ordered a tea. The tea was cold as the milk they put in. More confused than mad, the cup was cold when they handed to me.

I got a French vanilla 16th evening. 2 young guys at drive through. I opened the lid much later. And this is what I found. Sending pic to the email mentioned in the below comments. 25% of the cup is empty...literally the first 1.5 inch of the cup is empty. Hence I want the owner manager to see it... I can't drive back to ask why...
