Dr. Joyce Ching

Dr. Ching was great with my son. She was so gentle and patient with him and took the time to answer my many questions. Professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended as a Pediatric Allergist! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our appointment.

I received a phone call reminder around a week before my appointment.Service is great @ the front desk. It only took couple of minutes for registration, if you were a new patient.As other reviewers, Dr. Ching is great by asking me questions related to my symptoms over years before started to run around 10-15 mins. allergy test to get a finalize results & further treatments & advice.Tip: Try not to reschedule your appointment.I have to wait for another year to see her due to doctor's busy schedule (I assume).p.s. Washroom is located only on the 2nd floor of this medical office building! Hugh parking area in front of the building.

REVIEW IS ABOUT DR.KWAN.Unfortunately I did not get to see Dr. Ching as she's incredibly busy however, I did see Dr. Kwan and I would NEVER go back out recommend anyone else. During my food allergy test for cheese, she actually referred to me as an animal because a package was ripped open on two sides. Her exact words were, You ripped it open on both sides... like an animal." She then killed herself with laughter. She was the only one laughing. It took a lot out of me not to respond as it would have been an incredibly negative response.On a deeper note

I took my 2yo to Dr. Ching's at around noon and waiting time was a lot longer than expected. The receptionist specifically asked us to arrive 10 min early and it turned out It's absolutely unnecessary. What made me upset is, they told me they cannot perform test on my child But still insisted my kid needed to be there for no reason! It could be a phone appointment or I myself only can go on my son's behalf. He cannot express himself about his potential allergy anyway! I did try to reason them but it's a no to us. It's my kid's napping time and I knew he will become fuzzy and he did get irritated even when in the waiting room! What a waste of our time!!! It took us long to get there and took us long to wait and to be seen. I ended up gettin a crying bb in the car otw back! Eh!!! What an unpleasant experience!!!

The receptionist re- booked an appointment for my 2 yr old due to a cancelled visit from someone. I asked for a later time as I was working and it was short notice. She told me I would have to wait a year for another appointment if I didn't take the appointment offered which was at 3pm, and i wanted an appt after 4pm. However, I took the appt and was told to arrive 10mins early that day (2:50pm). I took my lunch break for this appointment, woke up my 2 year old from a nap to get there, which took 1 hr, and was told my appointment is at 4pm. I wrote it down in my phone, on my white board and my mother wrote it down as she heard it on speaker phone, just in case she had to take my daughter, due to short notice. The Dr was already 20 mins behind, with two ppl a head of me, the receptionist told me to walk around a medical plaza with a cranky 2 year for an 1.5 hrs. I said no, she told me I have to pay the cancelation fee, if I cancel. I wasn't even given the time frame to cancel as she called Wednesday evenings for a Monday afternoon appt, not fair. I said I am not waiting, she said I'll have to find another doctor for my 2 year old. No problem for me. Being in medical myself I wouldn't treat ppl like that. Just saying!

I was there for allergy test I was there at 11 pm and it was petty fast even I don’t have to wait for 3 min I was inside her office for the test and was done in 10 min.
