We were extremely impressed and pleased with the excellent quality of work, meticulous attention to detail by *** and his assistant ***. He took the time to explain the entire step by step parging process to us before starting the job, answering all our questions. *** and his assistant worked diligently and skillfully, showing genuine pride in their craftmanship. As the job progressed, *** would do a walkthrough with us at the end of the day, reviewing the work completed, refining final touches and explaining what to expect the following day. Also noteworthy is ***'s fantastic work ethic, his courteous and friendly demeanor. An absolute pleasure to work with! Highly recommend Parging Pros.

Parging Pros did a fantastic job at our house. We had some cracks in our parging due to frost and water. Sam was very quick to show up and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He kept us up to date on when he would show up so we could remove our front steps to give him access to the parging. The morning of the job he showed up promptly and spent the day rebuilding our front porch and fixing any minor cracks around the whole house. He explained exactly what he would do and why, showed us his progress, answered all of our questions and gave us very detailed care and maintenance instructions. At the end of the day the worksite was also spotless. Our house looks great again. Sam's care and attention to detail really shows. We highly recommend Parging Pros

I hired Parging Pros to repair the parging around my home and also to repair the severe salt damage to the foundation in my garage.From the first phone call with Sam, both he and his employees (Don and Mo) have been amazing. They ALL went above and beyond what was required to do the repairs. At the end of each day, Sam would do a walk around to explain what had been done and what to expect for the following day.Very professional, very courteous and VERY meticulous.Thank you Sam for making my 48 year old foundation look as good as, if not better than new.

I'm so impressed by Parging Pros Corp. I had them come to evaluate the utter wreckage of the surfacing on our above-ground foundation blocks left behind by the terrible renovation the previous owners had done, and our subsequent waterproofing of said foundation. Sam came quickly, talked through options with me, and scheduled the work perfectly to fit in with all the other stuff going on around here. His team came bright and early as scheduled, worked so super hard staying until almost 9pm for three days straight, and did a really beautiful job sanding off all the old parging, restoring the bottom row of brick that'd been glommed over sloppily by the previous owners, prepping for the new parging, and applying the smoothest most beautiful parging I've ever seen. The price was high but reasonable and fair for the sheer amount of work that needed doing (bungalow, so huge footprint). And Sam himself was lovely, such an interesting and kind and motivated and conscientious human being. I give him and his team my absolute highest recommendation, and you shouldn't hesitate in hiring him for your own parging project!

Throughout the process, Sam was easy to contact and deal with, friendly, responsive to requests and professional. During his preliminary assessment of the work to be done, he was thorough in his evaluation and gave clear explanations as to how he would propose to meet our requirements. The quotation provided was clear and detailed, and he readily provided references for us to check the quality of his previous work.I’d asked him to provide us with a couple of days’ notice prior to starting the work, which he duly did. The work was completed within his estimated timeframe, and his assessment of necessary repairs proved to be correct.He and his assistant worked hard and skillfully with an evident commitment to first-rate work. When I went out to see how things were going, he seemed genuinely pleased to be able to show the high-quality work completed to that point. Throughout, he explained what he would be doing and when it would likely be completed. During the work, at no additional cost, he identified and fixed some additional small cracks which had not formed part of the original quote.During the final review, I found the work to be excellent. I am confident that he will follow up on his commitment to fix any issues which might arise, but at this point I don’t expect any.Overall, I was very impressed by Sam, his work ethic, and the quality of his work, and I highly recommend him.

PARGING PROSI highly recommend Parging Pros without reservation.When Sam came to provide an estimate, he was very professional, pleasant to deal with, and extremely thorough: he took the time to inspect all of the concrete around the perimeter of the house and in the garage; identified the areas in need of repair; assessed the extent of the parging that would be required, and explained in detail the why, how and when of the work that would be done. We felt that the price he quoted was reasonable and fair, we were very happy with the end results, and there were no surprise costs incurred along the way.The work was done in the summer of 2021. At the time, Sam committed to dealing with any issues that might arise after the fact, free of charge, and he was true to his word. A small portion of the garage lip had broken off during the winter, he returned this spring, and replacedthe entire lip.He has a great work ethic, and it showed in the quality of his work, and in his relationship with us. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

I would like to thank Parging Pros for a well done parging job at my house this weekend! They are by far the best company i have hired for a project. They are very meticulous and will explain everything that they are doing and stay until the job is done perfectly. They go above and beyond what is in the contract as they went to buy some mulch and dirt for me. They also did a few extras. All in all an awesome company i recommend greatly!

We hired Parging Pros to repair our crumbling foundation based on a recommendation from our driveway installer. Sam was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the problems he saw and his recommended fixes. He pointed us to some examples of his work and worked up an estimate for the work needed to ensure the integrity of the foundation. We were so impressed with the examples of his work that we requested a more expensive repair to ensure that we achieved the professional aesthetic of his past work. Sam sent us an updated contract and worked us into his schedule quickly. The quality of the finished product looked fantastic. Sam returned a few days later to check on how the foundation was curing and noticed a couple of areas he wasn’t happy with. He didn’t have the cement to make the repairs that day but returned the next afternoon to complete the repairs. Customer satisfaction is Sam’s number one goal and it shows. We wholeheartedly recommend Parging Pros and are already planning on using them again for some stair repairs we need.
