Cave Rock Climbing
Great facility with friendly owner couple. This has a great variety of routes and changes them up frequently. We usually go during the week daytime and it's not ever crowded. Various pricing options. Workout area available too. TIP: Fill our your paperwork online before you go to save some time.

Cave Rock Climbing
Great gym and amazing atmosphere, it feels like a cozy community. It's easy to feel comfortable and the owners/staff are so pleasant! The climbs are fun and the pricing is more than fair. There are variety of climbs for all stages and they are all well thought-out.Highly recommend this gym!

Cave Rock Climbing
This is a small, family friendly gym with a focus on bouldering (no harness rock climbing). Very welcoming staff/environment. They have additional and available (included on price) exercise areas such as kickboxing studio and weigh/floor exercise area. They also provide special shoes upon registration. Overall great experience for tweens and teens if you need an active indoor day.

Went with my buddies just for a day pass. It was our first time. Peggy walked us through all the fundamentals and made us comfortable. It is fun and challenging activity for one timers as well. Try something new.

Cave Rock Climbing
Great spot for bouldering! Fantastic route setting and even better staff. I've been climbing here for a little while and everyone is super friendly and supportive. There are different routes for everyone, from beginner to very advanced. They have overhangs, slabs, a little cave corner, and two arches which let them set some very creative problems. There is also a workout area and yoga studio for all sorts of different activities.The owners, Peggy and Ryan, are the best and I'm always happy to support their local business

Cave Rock Climbing
One of the indoors activities to do in Mississauga! I love finding new activities to do and this one was certainly an adventure for me!! I liked the space and their levels from beginner to pro and just watching people get excited about doing their next climb was fun! I would recommend giving this a try and maybe who knows, you’ll become a pro climber!!

Cave Rock Climbing
Super fun and affordable place to boulder. The crowd was fun, and everyone was super helpful. I did the one month trial and had fun, I just wish the location was closer to me.For those who boulder only, I would highly recommend this place. I couldn't solely rely on powering my way up routes like at other gyms. I was forced to up my technique game. Really fun route setting!
