I've had a great experience living in the Oliver in Edmonton. The application and moving in processes were easy and clear. Management in the building is kind, caring, and accommodating. Amenities, cleanliness, and layout of the building have all exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate how safe the building is as well, especially living downtown. Overall very happy living here!

I just moved into The Oliver Residences this summer and I am loving it! This building is great; very clean, secure/safe, very well maintained, pet-friendly, fantastic amenities and amazingly quiet for a downtown location. Iris is awesome, knowledgeable, attentive and patient. She literally showed me 5 suites before I could decide on the suite I wanted. I am very happy here and I plan on living here for as long as I can. I am proud to call The Oliver Residences my home.

I lived in the Oliver residence for 5 years. I loved living here, great location, excellent management, friendly and responsive staff. I will miss it. Really a great place to live!

I’ve found contacting anyone for issues is next to impossible and even if you do contact them, they have no urgency to fix any issues that are both unsanitary and unsafe. Good luck getting anything done or getting any response.Edit: icm got absolutely nothing done that I requested to get completed in the time they were management of our building. Been waiting since September for multiple fixes and the only thing they ever fixed was my kitchen sink. The drain was leaking all over my floor and it took them 5 days to get it fixed. If it’s the owner or it’s them, they’ve done nothing to make any of the residents in my building happy with their management. Worst experience to date with a landlord. And if the owner of the building ever gets informed, do better because you obviously don’t care about the residents in your building and it shows.

Lived in an old building but well maintained under their management, they were very conscient of the residents' needs and concerns . They were very prompt and supportive. The lady who handled our requests was very nice and supportive . The others were also nice . They made the stay feels like I am living in a high end building....I had an issue once with the toilet and help came very fast after sending a text message to the lady... very good management .

I was struggling to look for an apartment in calgary and ICM was one of the only organizations that cared about helping me find a home. After moving in they've been timely with my inquiries and unintrusive with my living space. (nice apartment too) Shout out to Kayleigh for being very professional and taking a personal interest in getting me the place

I've been living at the Oliver for a year now and I absolutely love it. The location is perfect, not too loud or busy (even with the fire station next door, I never hear it). The building is clean and well taken care of. Although you can hear noise from the hallway, the noise between units is very minimal. Management and maintenance are prompt in their work and always ready to help. Especially with emails, I always get a response within the hour. I would highly recommend living in this building!

Excellent experience! Our building was taken over by Kayleigh our new Building Manager. She has been fantastic. Responding quickly and having solutions. We actually stayed in the building and moved from one unit to another and she made this seamless. Also our building is a great pet friendly building for anyone looking!

We've been tenants of the property in Edmonton for a year that ICM manage there and they are horrible. Manager would never answer the phone calls or email sent to he (Ashley Neil) nor she cares about issues that people bring up to her and her affiliates.There is no way to get hold of anyone at the office ither if you need anything.

I had a fantastic tenant experience with ICM over the two years I lived Downtown Calgary. They are responsive, flexible, and trustworthy. My move in and move out process was smooth and easy and Kayleigh was a fantastic building manager to work with.
