Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I am a season pass holder. I was at the store for over 30 mins to get my car wash. I could not gain access to my account on the app due to technical difficulties and was on the call waiting for CSR for over 2 hours. I requested the personnel at the station to issue me a ticket. He was not ready to help get in touch with the manager or the customer care center. He was rude in his approach. I even gave me my original receipt for the car wash and still he did not help. This station has a staff that has no respect or empathy for it's so called value added customers!!

Bad experience- that too not just once but twice..The washing is never 100% and could see the soap lather on my car all around and I usually wipes it after the entire washing and drying process. This happened not just once, but twice - which proves that they have the worst service.And the drying is never 100% and everytime I mop the car after the car wash to make it completely dry.I don't know whether is it possible to post the pictures which I took. If so I will share the photos I took on both the days of washing.

You always have to pay inside before you can fill in the middle of day.

September 22 2022 advertised price $1.39in the morning. Real price $ 1.48.Don't waste people's time with false advertising. Better not show any price if not correct.

Prices are good. No consistency to when they raise the prices for the next day. Service is not friendly. Very sparse selection in the kiosk. Car wash is decent. This station needs a makeover.

I normally get a gas and some snack-good enough. Accessories such as iPhone chargers (all third party) cost around $15-$20 and they don’t last very long. I was refused refund when product was not damaged and still in original packaging. Customer service on the phone could not help either.

Went in to get gas. It activated my card, but immediately put two dollars on it before I had a chance to start pumping. I got hold of an attendant who accused me of pulling off an out of order sign. No sign was on the pump. He refused to reimburse me my two dollars. Won't be going back there.

Price on sign said 148. Actual price 167. Told attendant. Said he couldn’t change it. Told him to call a manager. Said he couldn’t. People continued to pull in…

The girl working at this station is terrible. Went in to cash my winning ticket I gave it to her I won 10$ then didn’t offer me new tickets or cash then she took the ten dollars off the gas for the person I walked in with I told her they were my tickets not his and you can’t take something from one person and give to the next person. . She said to bad I did it I told I want my tickets or speak to the manager she told me no and wouldn’t give me a number to call or a name. After 5/6 min she said that she would void the transaction. She could have done that to start with saved everyone from getting upset and other customers waiting. I told her she should ask people before you take one person’s lottery and put it on someone else’s bill. Not everyone that walks in together is together. She never apologized.

If I could give it negative stars I would!!! Treated like a criminal and held hostage by the employee (Manpreet) because I filmed the interaction as it escalated and she refused to let me out and 2 other customers until I deleted it!!! When I tried to pump gas it didn’t start flowing and strangely a charge of 0.68 cents appeared so I went inside to figure out what was the issue. Right away I was treated in an incriminating, disrespectful and rude manner as if I did something terribly wrong. I pointed out that the aggressive attitude was unacceptable and requested the manager’s name and contact information which she blatantly refused to provide. It is mind blowing how people with zero customer service skills and/or manners as well as basic human decency can be employed in customer service industry! Very frustrating and sad!
