Swish offers great customer service. One example is when my Karcher BD 38/12 stopped vacuuming. Mark assessed the problem and promptly fixed the machine.

Had an issue with a very old power washer. Service tech. was able to find parts in his graveyard to help me out! Best service I have had in quite a while, this place rocks!

Low quality products and charged me to replace items on the vacuum I bought from them. They replaced the belt on the vacuum and charged my $90.00 for the belt. Less than one month later the belt broke again and they tried to charge me another $90.00. I found the same replacement belts on amazing for $15.00. For 3 replacement belts!Criminals and no customer respect.

Customer service that is truly above an beyond all the rest! I had the pleasure of dealing with Mark and his team at Swish. I puchased a very expensive floor cleaning machine from another company and had nothing but problems with it, the chemical and the company. After dealing with a few different places while trying to get this sorted out I was referred to Swish and even though we didn't buy the machine from them their whole team had gone well out of there way to research and coordinate conciliations to ensure that we had a configuration and product that worked in our unique environment. Needed a new pistol for my old Kaercher pressure washer. Turns-out my K3.97 model is discontinued and I could not find the part anywhere! Tried online, only available through online retailers who would charge an arm and a leg for shipping, and in US dollars on top of it! I had exhausted all my options when I googled authorized dealers and came across Swish Clean! Stephen Dueck, who was extremely knowledgeable, was able to source-out the part for me at a very reasonable price and it arrived within weeks of ordering. Highly recommend these guys! Thank you!!!
