I have had the worst experience ever with weight watchers. I signed up for one year wish I hadn't now. I ordered form online store paid 11.99 for shipping on Aug. 2nd and its Aug.17th it's still not here, big inquiry through Purolator, they couldn't find it so ended inquiry. I call weight watchers and of course they pass the buck and say it's the borders fault, not their problem. Worst customer service ever. they can keep their products and if I could cancel my membership I would in a second. Learned a big lesson here. Thanks for making my weight loss journey memorable..
