Panago Pizza

Fantastic service. The staff are some if the most friendly, courteous and helpful I have ever seen at Panago ! And Panago is our go to pizza wherever we are.

One of my pizzas arrived with incorrect toppings and I thought missing my dip, I contacted customer service and they offered to send me a new one and give me a $5 credit, ok awesome, mistakes happen they were willing to fix it. But then 5 min later I get a call from the actual store from a SUPER rude person telling me that I wasn't missing a dip and the pizza was not wrong. I explained that I realized the dip hadn't actually ended up in the cart so no I wasn't missing that but the pizza was definitely wrong. They basically called me a liar and only agreed to send a new pizza if I proved to the driver the 1st one was wrong, well np because it was. I've spent hundreds at this location (pizza loving family of 4) and hadn't tried to return a pizza before, but there were no apologies, no decent customer service, just complete attitude like I was trying to scam them. Well thanks to them being so unbelievably rude over about $20 they've now lost thousands in future business.

Worst panago location I've ever been to. The dough was very thin, the pizza was dry and flavorless, almost no toppings (1 piece of pepperoni for every 2 slices), the thinnest layer of cheese, and almost no sauce. Very clear this location is trying to cut down on costs at the expense of the quality of their food. Look at the other reviews and do yourself a favour, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

clean atmosphere fast friendly service but the pizza toppings are so stingy for the price on the website it describes their pizza as loaded with extra pepperoni and it was basically bread and cheese with tiny dust of pepperoni, not what I expected

Got my two philly cheesesteak pizzas and they had zero sauce on them. So I called and asked about it and the employee was arguing with me about it. Not good service at this location.

The saltiest, most unedible pepperoni pizza I've ever had. Oh yeah also there's at most 2 pepperonis per slice and a thin layer of cheese. Save yourself the trouble and dont come here.

I love panago BUT Pizzeria Prima Strada's pizza are MUCH better and now panago's pizzas are the same price or more expensive. Why on earth would I pay specialty pizza place prices for chain pizza? You guys have got to lower your prices...

Had a great pizza the other day and the store looks very clean, Highly recommend trying the Jerk Chicken or Chipotle Chicken pizzas <3
