Initial emails went through a personal hotmail account instead of his work email.Very little in the way of communication. Asked him three times to call me and never did.Sends his first documentation to me 2 days before closing. and it's wrong. Spent the entire day with my banker on closing day to clean up his mess.Seems way too busy to care. If you are looking for a stress free transaction look elsewhere.

I used Colin in a divorce case. Without going into details, suffice to say I was not satisfied with his performance in the matter and would not recommend in a case unless both spouses wanted an amicable divorce.

Tammy, John's assistant makes John Goss look amazing, although he is a good lawyer! She is always on the ball, doesn't skip a beat and has the memory of a flash drive. They make a great team and they've never disappointed me. I've used them for all but 1 transaction in the last 15 years. Thanks!

They were my parents lawyers for years and years. So far they have been good settling my Mothers estate. I think.The only negative things I could say is their horrible communication practices. I have received no status updates on the progress of probate.As well, several items were lost or misfiled. And there has been no communication with them for several months.So I'm pretty sure these are not normal law office practices, but more that it's Covid related.

John Goss helped us close on our first home 21 years ago, and helped us again with our close on our second home in a new city (Wasaga Beach). John and Barb were both very professional, efficient and approachable. Was also very happy that after all that time, that John remembered us considering we had not spoken in that many years.
