worst experience ever at a clinic. if i could rate it lower i would. they lie that a doctor is even there just want your medicare card to bill government. waited four hours in a small room always being told i'm next . never saw doctor,went to another clinic and saw the doctor after one hour and twenty minutes.

The worst...so poorly operated they should be embarrased!

I saw Dr. Corina Taranu. I think she is the worst doctor ever: First she was rushing me so badly to finish and she did not listen to anything I said, Second her English was so poor so she did not understand what I was saying. Third, she completely misdiagnosed me (I knew because I visited another doctor after her). Fourth, she never contacted me after sending her my X-Ray.

Absolutely horrendous service. I had to spell my name ten times and they still got it wrong. No confirmation email. I call and no one answers. I am sick I took off work because of the appointment they gave me and of course no one calls. I've been to awful clinics but this takes the cake. Go to someone who cares if you are sick.

Receptionist never take your call quickly and if she got connected than never talk right away..kept on hold from 5 to 10 min but never get back..Happened so many times in last two weeks..never never get chance to talk to receptionist.

Best clinic i have visited. The staff is friendly. There are some big clinics their staff is so rude they would not even let you step into their clinic if you are not registered. Though on their sites they clearly advertise for walk ins but This clonic never disappointed me. I don’t understand why they have bad rating.

Worst clinic, worst service. I am having a group insurance taken from Desjardins through my institute. They don't directly refund this, but they said they will give a receipt so that I can claim directly from Desjardins. The receipt is in the form of a claim form(available in the website) which I took a print out and went to the office to get it filled. The staff has no idea how group insurance is being claimed and she said this is not eligible for refund. I said her multiple times that I need to get this form filled from them, rest I will do myself. The following is the receipt they gave me. There is nothing in it as you can see, the doctors name and my name. With this I cannot submit a claim for refund. This is the worst experience I had from a walk-in clinic in Montreal.

I have an emergency, so I was looking for a walk in clinic, this one is so closed to me, but just I read these review I shocked. To the people running this business, please take care it is the the health (The most important concern in our lives)

The worst Clinique I’ve ever been to in my life! Worst service, poor customer service and wait time is way too long. The secretaries are super rude! I had to deal with Grace-Wawrzyk. She was rude off the bat. She does not know how to deal with clients at all. I don’t understand how she got this job. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
