I cannot say enough amazing things about Ecotex. I have worked with them for a number of years in the healthcare industry. Highly professional, highly reliable. They are so attentive to all of their customers needs and have NEVER let us down. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could.

I am a Linen Attendant at Markham Stouffville Hospital and all I have to say is you have an Amazing Team.. Anand is always available and helping in whatever way he can. Val and Nat in the office are SUPERSTARS!!!! They are so efficient, always responding and adding orders and changes to quotas immediately for us.. I know they deal with so many accounts but the response time is unbelievable.The only thing that I would love to see would be more carts that flip rather than the shelf style as we can put a lot of soiled linen in them as we have a smaller truck and can only send back so many carts per day. I am part of a 2 person team who only deal with linen all day so we handle all clean and soiled linen throughout the hospital. Having carts that hold more soiled linen would in turn make sure you have supplies back in the plant and washed to ensure it goes back into circulation faster and avoid being short shipped due to not having stock in the plant.

Anand from Ecotex has been a wonderful agent to work with, extremely helpful, respectful and responds quickly to questions. The delivery service people are amazing super helpful and friendly. All around great service and company.

I work in a hospital, I lost my car keys in the Linen. I contacted my hospital support services but over a week nothing happened. Then I tried to contact Ecotex, I filled out the lost and found form, Kim contacted me the very next day and she found my keys which was returned back to me. I've worked with Ecotex as a business partner for a number of years to support our linen needs. There was room for improvement when we started but they have been making excellent strides since.
