I love this store! A clean friendly establishment. Anita was a tremendous help with my purchase and I am very pleased about the quality of the furniture I bought. Anita was knowledgeable, she showed and explained me the difference between the choices I was making. She was a radiant being of light which made my experience absolutely joyous. All the staff greeted me when I came in and made me feel welcome which made me feel comfortable.

Wonderful experience in the store. Anita did a great job in giving us advice and helping us to look for suitable furniture. The most amazing thing is Anita remember my name in my second unscheduled visit (I bought nothing in my first visit 3 weeks before that!). With the patience of Anita, my wife and I have found a gorgeous dining table and chairs. Thank you Anita.

An embarrassing experienceFirst impressions were good. The salesman Oleg was very helpful. I was greeted quickly, he helped me find a sofa that would fit my space, and was very communicative over email which was perfect for me. The front of the store appears to organized and the furniture is seemingly high quality. This is where all of positive comments end.I purchased a sofa and was told things have been arriving in a timely manner and should be a few weeks to come into the store. 7 weeks later it still hadn’t arrived so I called customer care and was told my sofa had already arrived and somebody from the store had tried to contact me. Nobody tried to contact me this was a lie, I had been diligently awaiting this phone call as there is currently no sofa in my living room. Whatever, I’m happy my sofa is here.I had arranged to pick it up myself to save a few bucks. My dad owns a big truck so he took some time off work to help me with this. Should have been a quick 15 minute thing for him. It wasn’t. Upon arriving at the back of the store I could immediately tell it was a gong show. You can see right into their warehouse with furniture and boxes piled 15-20 feet high, it’s a wonder they know where anything is (they don’t). The first guy I spoke with said that I would have to call and schedule a pick up, eventually a second guy came and said it was fine.After about 10 minutes they returned and said they were struggling to find my sofa but they were still looking. 10 minutes later they return and tell me that my sofa isn’t actually there, and they’re unsure why anybody told me it was. Now I’m starting to get frustrated so I go into the store and talk with the manager. She spends 15 minutes looking for it herself. Now I’m very frustrated, this should have been a very quick interaction so my dad could return to work.Finally she returns and says I’m going to work on this I will phone you back tonight. I wait for the phone call but it doesn’t come. The next afternoon customer care calls me and says that my sofa has arrived again…? So I call back into the manager and tell her to go make sure it’s there. She calls me back and says yup you can come get it.After the weekend my dad takes more time off work and we go to pick it up again. This time the guy kind of chuckles to me that it was there the whole time, they were looking for 2 boxes when it was actually in one. So after all of this drama, my sofa was there the entire time. We packed the sofa up, I went home and set it up.They knew I was a first time customer. There was no apology, no phone call, nothing.If you want well made furniture at a decent price, Ashley has that. If you want your time and wages wasted by an unorganized disaster, Ashley Furniture in London excels at this.

Great service from Purchasing to Delivery! Anita was awesome and helped us choose the right sofa for our home. This is not our first purchase from Ashley. We love their products and they usually last forever. Received advanced notice on the delivery date and they were on time to the exact minute. They were very professional, polite and got everything installed and set up to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with our purchase of the new couch from Ashley!!

We picked up our bedroom set from Ashley HomeStore in London on Thursday July 21st after waiting for 3 months for it to arrive. We were told it would arrive in 1 month.We then put the bed together on Saturday July 23rd. Upon placing the headboard and the leg together there was a major defect in which the holes did not line up. We then took the back apart and re-glued and rescrewed it back together so it would line up properly. The washers also had to be grinded so they would fit in the holes. We spent 2 1/2 hours fixing this issue. This is very poor workmanship to say the least.There was also a nick in the footboard when we unpackaged it. I called and emailed guest care on Monday July 25 to submit a claim. I was told that I had to text the claim as their website was no longer in service. Once doing this I received a text saying that my claim is not valid because I did not submit it within 48 hours of receiving my product. Unbelievable.We will never purchase anything or recommend Ashley HomeStore again.

I really have a good experience while meeting Anita in a store who shows a warm welcoming behaviour to attend us and make a dream bed available for us and some others stuff too.I highly recommend all individuals to visit the store to have your all stuff for your house.

The in-store experience was excellent and I love a lot of their furniture. Anita was lovely and very patient with us as we made up our mind.Setting up delivery was frustrating, the guest care person we spoke with was INCREDIBLY rude. He clearly hates his job.Our couch was delivered with a hole in the fabric and black staining on the side. I reported the damage the same day, within their protocol, and was told I'd hear back about my claim within 2 business days. It has been 2 weeks today and I have not heard back. I've tried calling Guest care several times, it states they open at 9am. I am calling in the mornings well after 9am and every time the automatic message says guest care is currently closed. After waiting over 2 months for our couch to be delivered...I am just ready to enjoy it! So disappointed and frustrated.

Ordered bar stools. Was told all in stock. Helpful sales agent however, not very knowledgeable about delivery system. Manager was the same. Stools came one week later (only 3) I ordered 4. Two of them defective. Sent back. I paid $249 to have them delivered and set up in my home and for garbage to be taken away. That did not happen. Three delivery guys arrived, each carrying an already put together stool. One stool had a gouge in the wooden leg and was not balanced, as was the other. Rocking back and forth. Moved around on floor to ensure it was not my floor and it was obviously not. Disappointed. Waiting another week for a second delivery. Delivery guy said they put them together in warehouse before delivery to save time. They had seven deliveries in my area that day so $249 each (del. charge) x 7= $1,743. They came from London. Very disappointing. Do not believe what you are told by sales person. Delivery and warehouse completely opposite.

Needed an inexpensive sofa that was still pretty good quality. Aleg was incredibly helpful. He showed us our options without any pressure. He answered all our questions. We were in and out in about 20 minutes, couch will be delivered in a few days. Piece of cake. Highly recommend.
