The quality of coffee is good, but the staff usually don’t take their time to make it professionally. I order latte sometimes and all the time it came with so much foam on it!It should be creamy :)

Basically a perfect morning coffee. The pastry in particular - even though I originally went there to get one of the donuts from Lee’s after learning they carried them, I was tempted by a ham scroll instead, and it had such satisfying flavours! Will definitely be back.

They have donuts from Lee’s which is great. They did not have lids for the traditional cappuccino which I’m hoping was an opening oversight? If not, why? I think their pricing is out of step. A $6 flat white made with beans that didn’t have any interesting tasting notes to me feels like a misstep when JJ and parallel are right around the corner. If there’s a reason why their prices are higher, it wasn’t communicated to me as to why.There’s nothing wrong with their coffee. It’s completely fine. It just wasn’t exciting and was more expensive.I do want to come back and try their iced blended drinks and will update when I do.

Coffee is good, it's an established coffee chain.This location is a business oriented coffee shop, pastries are dry , would not recommend.

Deville is such a great addition to the neighborhood. The staff are all so friendly, the food and drinks are delicious and they always treat us (& our dog) so well. Highly recommend!

Attractive coffee shop in the lobby of an office tower. The coffee and pastries are nice. The challenge is that there is little place to sit. There are lovely tables facing onto Alberni Street. Unfortunately, they are always occupied by people with laptops who have turned this area into their office space. Unfortunately, this makes it an unappealing place for tourists and locals to sit down for a coffee and snack.

The staff here are amazing and the coffee is also great. Thank you to the owner for helping me locate my purse and getting it to me, all with such a jovial and great attitude. It really helped in a stressful situation.

The baked goods are not fresh and expensive because don't taste that been prepared with quality ingredients as the price presume. Ambiance is nice, service cold and robotic.
