Boomerang Kids Kanata

Just want to start with I don’t know how this store is getting such poor reviews. I started consigning a couple years ago with boomerang kanata and it’s been a great experience! When I need something for one of my children the staff are right there to help you find what you need. Items are priced fairly and the clothes and items in the store are looked over to make sure they are in the best of quality before hitting the floor. The owner and staff are always working as a team to make the location the best it can be. If you need something specific they do their best to find it within the store. Please disregard the poor reviews left for these hard working people and an amazing store.

Will not be using Boomerang kids again. They donated children items I brought in. I washed and clean a toy kitchen along with pots and pans. Nothing wrong with it. Also would not take a stroller we brought in. We will be using Once Upon A child on Hazeldean rd. Much better service.Jane Bouchard

Terrible customer service! Be aware:left my clothes to sell but they donated it. It’s okay to donate but they should at least communicate it. Avoid this place! Everything is over priced! Better buy new stuff!

A very good shop and an amazing approach. You never know what you can find there. But the very act of shopping there helps you help the environment through reducing and reusing stuff.

Monday morning I purchased a pair of shoes from Boomerang Kids and was very happy with my experience. The shoe racks were very neat and well organized. The prices were very reasonable. The staff was also very friendly and helpful in assisting me with finding the right fit for my child. The shoes we purchased were in excellent condition and my child has been wearing them daily without any issues.

My wife shopped here 2 days ago and accidentally bought our son a book he already had. She tried to exchange the book the next day and was accused of stealing the book and was humiliated in front of many other customers. She wasn’t allowed to leave the store with her property. Unbelievably terrible customer service.

They have Great selection of kids clothing and Toys, books,games etc. I also LOVE that they added the teens/ young adult section. It’s like a one stop shop. The staff is kinda so helpful with suggestions.The selection is so great for a consignment store like blowen away with all the options and it’s so great to know that that it also helps the family's in community out as they get % for there items.And who doesn’t need the extra help nowadays.Love this location

I absolutely love this place. We've been shopping and consigning with Boomerang since before my daughter was born over 2 years ago. The service has always been amazing. I feel welcomed every single time. There are many other used clothing stores for kids in the area but this place will always have my business and loyalty because of the small business feel and the warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I was trying to support a local business, but it backfired. I needed a certain last minute item for my son for a concert for school. Asked staff when they reduce down their items to 50% off. Staff said if the item has been sitting in the store for 8 weeks. I brought up 2 items, that has been sitting in the store since august. They wouldn’t reduce it because the items that I selected has been “rotate back in”. One item was a red sweater, Fila but nothing special $17.99. Other items was pair of Walmart black pants (George) for $12.99. I left the items. Found the EXACT same sweater at value village for $5.99. and pair of brand new black pants at Winners for $9.99

I don’t normally leave reviews but I just had the worse experience ever in a retail store! These disgusting excuse for humans working at this store should be ashamed of themselves! they were literally making fun of me behind my back! Disgusting ppl
