Cubano Boxing
This is the best way to get fit, learn some self-defense and have fun. Frank is an awesome boxing coach, providing a positive, fun environment but still pushing us to do more. I was hesitant to try cardio-boxing, as I didn't think I could do it. If you are undecided, try it out. You won't regret joining.

Cubano Boxing's children's programming was a great introduction to boxing for my 10-year old daughter. There was a focus on agility drills, conditioning and punching combinations. Frank is very knowledgeable, and his approach is motivating and inclusive. Would definitely recommend!

Frank’s boxing classes are amazing! I’ve never done any kind of kind of activity like this, and usually I’m quite anxious to join anything like this with a bunch of people I don’t know, but honestly my experience has been amazing. Not only are the people in class very welcoming and kind, but Frank is very encouraging, patient, and his energy and love for coaching boxing really brings an amazing energy to the class. He allows everyone to go at their own pace, but pushes us to try our best. Overall, it’s an amazing atmosphere, and it pushes me out of my comfort zone which is good for overall growth. It’s also been amazing for stress from school! I definitely recommend his classes. 10/10.

Frank is an incredible boxing coach! He's fun, friendly and very skilled, making his classes the best in the city! He's a natural with kids, too! I highly recommend his group classes in downtown Fredericton!

Frank is excellent with the kids and you can tell by the way he moves he’s legit.Very positive, open and friendly. My little little guy (7) and I both go. Solid guy.
