The jollof rice was ok - I like the party jollof taste. I did not like the plantain because it did not taste well done. Customer service was also ok.

Best suya I have in canada!! The beef and goat suya were amazing. Their jollof rice was authentic party jollof. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Also the staff was really nice. I forgot to take pictures of the other dishes. Definitely worth your money.

I’m so glad I decided to try Suya Joint; their Nigerian dishes are really excellent! They have a very strange hole in the wall location in an industrial part of Merivale that I never would have looked twice at, but I urge you not to be put off by that. The food really speaks for itself. The jollof rice was my absolute favourite, but the beef suya was also a winner as it was wonderfully tender and spicy. Definitely would recommend for those who can handle heat!

The menu provided by the restaurant is quite easy to understand. The waitresses were willing to address any questions or concerns regarding the menu.It would be important to note that it might take a while for you to get your food - as they are freshly prepared.The food tasted so good and I would definitely come back here whenever I’m in Ottawa!Thank you!

Reminder not to buy from this place. Over priced small portions and they charge for every little thing. I can get 5x more for $19 after tax at several other locations.
