I can't say enough good things about Farr. Through his process he has become someone I respect and trust at the highest level. I'm stronger than I've ever been. A lot of nagging injuries I have dealt with for decades are no longer an issue. I'm also just feeling better" most of the time. People would be lucky to have Farr as a trainer. Best I've ever had. No question. No one even close."
