We have used Phantom Pest Control in our building for about a year, great service. We had a major problem with mice, from tenants feeding wildlife. We had rodent exclusion work done also, all their work has made a big difference! We are now getting control of the rodent problem. Al saved us from a home emergency that no other pest control company would take on, and he went above and beyond to make sure that the issue was resolved, even after the treatment was done.We had a severe situation in our fridge that needed clean up for meat that had gone bad for several weeks. Every pest control company would ask us to clean it ourselves. However, we were concerned with bacterial risk and thought that this required a professional cleanup. Al understood the situation and emphasized with us and he helped us with the cleanup before the treatment.Al talked to us several times on the phone and patiently answered all of our questions even in the evening. He arranged a time slot for next day and the service was exceptional. He applied only the treatment that was needed, and our unit was back to normal in couple of days. I highly recommend Al and the Phantom team. They were quick, professional, courteous and also followed up.I had a carpenter ant problem in and around my home. They set traps called bait stations And sprayed the perimeter. I have had no further problems.
