Warm welcoming coaches and crowd- been boxing here for about a year now and loving it!

I went here years ago, it was in a different location than it is now. I’m not a competitor I was just working out here for the cardio. It was awesome. I Was only here for a summer. I lost a lot of weight and gained a ton of very noticeable Stamina. My performance at work improved. I learned a lot of boxing skills. I had fun doing it. It’s 100 times better than staring at a wall on some exercise bike. I wish I did this when I was younger, I would definitely consider doing this as a sport. The price was super cheap at the time. I almost wonder if this was a non-for profit club, I’m not sure but it was cheap enough that it could be?Anyways if it hasn’t changed much I would highly recommend this boxing club for anyone either looking to become a boxer or just try to get in shape like me

Incredible staff and great atmosphere

Small location, but they're very friendly and well equipped. I have my 8yr old son and soon my 12yr old will be attending as well. So far so good, only 3 times a week for 1.5 hours but they're teaching what needs be taught.

Great coaches that are very dedicated. Great for serious boxers who want personal detailed coaching and advice in order to compete.Great for teenagers who want to learn the sport. For all ages.
