I am very pleased with the work that Only Renos completed for us in our basement. The team were very professional and treated our home with the utmost respect, ensuring that there was minimal disruption and mess on our main floor while work was being completed in the basement. Joseph and the team provided professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. We had our master en-suite and three piece bathroom modernized and remodelled. Throughout the Reno we were at ease knowing that work was being completed to code. Having a project manager and an on-site supervisor made communication easy. Another benefit is the flexible payment options the company offers (no huge payments). We strongly recommend this company and cannot be happier with our 2 stunning bathrooms.

Bought a rental house and converted the decrepit old basement into a two-bedroom apartment. OnlyRenos and our Project Manager, Joseph, did a great job and the end product is fantastic. The end product is exactly what we expected and is based on our fixed price. Joseph included all extras at a very fair and reasonable price and was willing to accomodate all our requests. I had my basement plumbing done 5 years ago, by someone who called themselves a professional plumber> However, after a year, there was a stench coming through the drains. It was so bad, that it could be smelt on the main floor. I had no choice but to find a company to fix the issue. This is when I reached out to onlyRenos. Someone came out right and noticed that the issue was not done by code and didn't have any vent pipes. I was shocked to see the inside of the old plumbing as it was full of waste and almost clogged as the waste and water would not flow in the pipes due to poor workmanship at the previous plumbers. onlyRenos had to remove the entire basement flooring and dig multiple trenches to replace all the underground pipes and install a backflow prevention valve and clean out which I did not have. All the trades and the team members were very professional, they showed every day until the work was completed. I cannot be happier with the 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in the basement and our new flooring. The basement is much nicer than the original.
