We just received a order from MOBICAN. Their packing is exceptional and all pieces arrived in perfect condition… and on a skid which is very important. Their designs and quality of their products is of the highest standards . The drawers and working mechanics are state of the art . The products are very well priced for the market . This is a brand I highly recommend.

I have furnished my whole house with Mobican furniture! Great quality, innovative look and excellent service. 100% recommend to anyone! Plus, always good to support local compagnies!

Bed looks good but the instruction manual is so poorly written, the explanations are not clear at all. You need to figure out by yourself which hole to use. It’s almost as if they want us to pay extra for the installation (and there is only 8 screws to install).

Vicky at customer service, and the entire family Mobican is great. Excellent quality, good amount of beautiful designs and a lot of different finishes available. The new introduction from Spring 2017 was great!

J’ai acheté récemment un ensemble pour ma chambre à coucher ainsi qu’une console d’entrée. Je suis agréablement surprise par la qualité des matériaux et la facilité d’assemblage. Les instructions pour monter la base de lit sont simples à comprendre et concises, sans compter qu’il y a également un petit memo sur l’entretient de nos nouveaux meubles pour nous permettre de les garder beaux longtemps!

Disappointed. Ordered a table in January, it's months past our confirmed delivery date and every time you get an update it's two more weeks and a new story. First they had to upgrade machines, then they didn't have the glass, then they hadn't completed designing the base - last update, someone needs to twerk the base

This furniture is not quality but is priced top of the line. The pieces do not fit together well. The beds do not fit standard mattresses. The wood is a low quality veneer. The drawers hit one another when closing creating wear spots on already weak veneers. At half the price and the same low quality go to ikea. Additionally it will take a year for anything from here to come in and they will lie and say it will take 3 months.Update to original post:My bed collapsed after one month of use...I contacted Mobican about it and still do not have a working bed after 6 months. It has been 1.5 years since my original order and I still don't have a functional bed.I am a structural engineer and can say with confidence that this issue is due excessive deflection cause by their use of cheap particle wood in the running boards. This material deflects 3 times as much as solid wood of the same size and under the same loading conditions. This excessive deflection causes the bed slats to slip off the shelf and allows the mattress to fall to the ground.They are continuing to lie to me about delivery dates and proving to be very difficult to work with. At this price, go with any one else. I spent thousands on a bed but am still sleeping on the ground...

My two year old dresser fell apart after very gentle use. Mobican accused me of dropping it or placing something ‘extremely heavy’ on it - ridiculous. They offered no help at all, just blame. Poor customer service and poor quality. It was an expensive mistake.

We had moved and our movers installed half the bolts and stripped a few of them so we were looking for a replacement hardware kit. I called and right away someone answered the phone, assessed what I needed and took down my information and sent me the hardware kit, that was received the next day. Amazing service! She assured me we would be taken care of and we have our bed put back together properly. Highly recommend and would repurchase their furniture.

We decided to write a review after 5 years of working with Mobican. They are among the most innovative manufacturers of bedroom and dining room furniture in Canada. Their quality is superb! Price is fair, but if you are on an Ikea/structube budget, please do not compare quality, hence price. Customer service is caring and understanding. We recommend you get the retailer to install your bed, some bedroom collections require patience and skills. However the dressers/chests , buffets/credencias and night tables come fully assembled. The only recommendation I have for Mobican for the time being is to improve their packaging protection for certain pieces (specially the bed sides) to reduce the chances of damages during transport.
