Used them once to book honeymoon. Would highly suggest not using them. Awful experience and almost ruined the honeymoon.

This was the first time using Lina, I had an emergency and had to get my parents to Germany ASAP for Cancer treatments. Her location was closed but she was there doing some work, when she told me I would have toProbably sent things up online I felt like I was getting nowhere. I broke down crying and Lina could have just turned me away but she didn’t. She brought me inside and She went above and beyond to do everything physically possible to get my parents on a flight to Germany Within days. She arranged everything from the tickets, to the transportation and wheel chair service. She made sure they had everything they needed to make it as easy as possible for 2 seniors, one of them very very ill. She was like our guardian angel. Even after everything was arranged, she could have been done, but nope, she still called me daily to make sure my parents arrived safe, and keep in touch to see if there was anything we needed. Then my parents had to shorten the trip due to my mothers illness getting worse, she knew how stressed out I was and took it into her hands to arrange to change the tickets, make sure she was upgraded to premium seats and arranged all the necessary people to help get her home safe. I have never met a more compassionate caring travel agent, who cares more about the person then the sale. She is by far the best in the business and will have all our future business and I promise to recommend her to everyone I know. Lina from the bottom of my heart I thank you for everything you have done for my family, and for helping me get my parents back home safe! God bless you, I will forever be in your debt! ❤️
