I needed a Garman Nuvi 855 replacement battery, they told me that they were able to get one but would take 2-3 weeks to get it. I said fine. The 2-3 weeks passed and no reply. So i called them again, spoke with the person i spoke with before, he said he would look into it, another week went by, still no answer. I called back a 3rd time and spoke with someone else, they took my info and that person said he would get back to me shortly, another week went by and still no answer of any kind of acknowledgement as to when or if they can get this replacement battery for me. I think this whole ordeal was a waste of time. I will change my rating if my inquiry is answered.

Took my Garmin Forerunner 10 to the Raytech Repair dept. this week (Dec 2019). My watch strap was broken and the battery needed to be replaced. Service was excellent. Strap and battery installed on the spot. Very satisfied with the great service I received. Would highly recommend.

Super impressed. Ordered my Panoptix on a Sunday (they're closed). So essentially ordering Monday morning. I live in Ontario. I had my order by Tuesday morning. Super prompt. Easy to order and a great selection.

Walked in to have MinnKota trolling motor serviced 1 month after my friend did the same. We were both greeted with an arrogant customer service clerk, gave us the impression they were doing us a favor. Very long wait time, over 4 weeks. I wish there were somewhere else to go but they seem to have a monopoly.

I got my new GPS/SONAR Garmin Echomap UHD 75 G# Map. The customer service provided by Michel was above and beyond. He took his time to show me all those features and the operation of this device. Michel offered me to download all programs. The software was ready right there. Friendly service, Michel's knowledge and his customer service are impeccable.
