The most embarrassing moment in my life was also the biggest turning point in my life. 2 Years ago on a trip to Florida I had to ask the flight attendant for a seat belt extender! I remember saying to myself…never again. I hadn’t flown in many years and I didn’t really realize how much overweight I really was. On a new meal plan, using the vibration machine twice a day, new motivation, new me. I smile now when I look in the mirror. I know that looks aren’t everything, but I feel so much better now, I look so much better now, and I am much healthier now. I am 58 and seriously, I haven’t felt this good since I was in my 20’s.

okay so i've been meaning to write this for a while, but my dad recently bought this machine for my mom and at first i was honestly really skeptical because I usually just prefer the old fashioned treadmill. however, since it was conveniently found at our home i decided to give it a try... this machine is great. After standing on the machine for 20 minutes I felt physically exhauseted and worked up a sweat. You guys definitely need to try this.
