My phone was completely smashed. They were able to recover ALL my data and my photos that weren’t backed up. They are absolutely incredible to deal with and so so helpful and go above and beyond to help and do their best for you. Can’t recommend them enough!

I went to a computer store and asked for help with my charging port on my iPhone. My phone would not connect to earphones anymore. They told me I could get a new part and it would cost $x. Then I went to Cell ReStore and they just cleaned out my charging port, after which it worked perfectly fine. I wanted to pay, but they didn't charge me anything. Sometime later I had the same problem, and they did it again for me, also no charge. I highly recommend this place from my experience here. The staff are very nice as well.

I have been to the store several times both for service & purchasing a phone. Great service at all times! Even when I did have an issue with a product it was resolved fairly and very quickly. Highly recommended!

Okay so here's the deal. The owner is going to 100% rip you off. He will buy your device at a fraction of its real value, then sell you an already old phone at a startling value. Their online support is terrible, they offer messages on Facebook, but will tell you to call in, and won't reply to your messages if you say that isn't possible. 0 stars.

They are very helpful all around. I had a broken screen but functional when removing screen to replace the battery the screen wouldn’t work. And they replaced the screen brand new without cost. Charged me for battery and still have a discount. I didn’t accept I was so impressed of the service I gave full price with tip. I give Referrals to any asking for a good cell repair store. And I never heard anything bad yet.

Aside from a friendly owner, this place has nothing going for it. Extremely high prices and slow, or in my case nonexistant work done to cell phones. I left there incredibly upset. I had left my cell phone overnight to recover picture files that had been accidentally deleted. They said it would take overnight. I went to go get it on my lunch break the next day and it hadn't even been looked at yet. The employee did not seem to care that he had just lost his boss a good customer. I help run a small business and it was a huge sacrifice to leave my phone overnight in case of a work emergency. Not only did I waste fuel but, also precious work time waiting for this company to do absolutely nothing, even after agreeing to pay an outrageous price for such a small service. Will not be going back. Nor will I recommend this place to anyone.

The owner was super friendly, shared his story behind the store, made the whole “ordeal” not as stressful, haha! Brendan did a fantastic job fixing my screen and so timely!! highly recommend for a thorough job! thanks bunches!!!!

We brought in two items for repair.Were charged for the phone even though no repairs done. The ipad was supposedly fixed but upon trying to use it the exact same problem was had.They told me it was working fine except for a small corner that wouldn't show if hot.That was never the problem, the touch screen was and it is still not fixed but they had no problem charging us for both not repaired items.

Brought in my ipad air 2 for a screen repair. When it was returned I tested it on site and it was not functional, 8 phone calls over 6 weeks and they said I could come get it. Tested it again and again it failed. 14 phone calls and 4 text messages over 6 more weeks and it was fixed". Turns out they damaged the main board and there is a complete dead spot on in the screen. Refused to compensate for this damage and did not have technical capabilities to repair the damage they caused. 3 months later the glue they used on the screen completely let go. Anyone need a paperweight?"
