Great service from this place, speedy, efficient and fast. Renewed my car insurance here for the year in under five minutes. The clerk was nice enough to point out I was eligible for a low mileage discount and I was happy to save a few hundred dollars on the bill. Excellent and courteous service from this insurance location.

Super nice, knowledgeable and efficient people there. Have gotten my insurance done several times here and have been very satisfied on every occasion. By the second visit they already knew exactly what i wanted and my auto insurance took under a minute from in the door to back out again.

DO NOT GO HERE! I came here for a marriage licence , gave the lady both mine and my fiancés ID’s to write down our name. Come to find out on our wedding day my last name was spelled incorrectly! How do you mess something up like that. 0 stars if I could.

Good for motorcyclists. They have private insurance through beacon and helped me through the whole application process. They even gave me a partial return from Beacon when I cancelled by insurance after the riding season.

Absolutely terrible service. Unbelievably rude and are so uneducated on ICBC requirements. There is a insurance place just 2 minutes west that will take care of your needs far better than this place.I'll can't express how bad my experience was and suggest you find another place for your insurance needs.

Excellent service from Francis and Joseph! One of the other reps initially made a mistake on my wedding certificate registration, which is human error and a very understandable one given the politically confusing situation of my place of birth. I went back to them and they offered to pay for the amendment and helped with all my paperwork. They were very apologetic and helpful, and eased all my frustrations.Will come here again for other services!
