ScopeMD, Colonoscopie et Gastroscopie Privée

I called this clinic on a Friday night right before closing in a panic because I urgently needed care during an IBD flareup as my own GI doctor was not responsive. Although they could not give me an appointment with a doctor (I needed a GI doctor not a GI surgeon, they only have surgeons on site), Deborah the receptionist was absolutely AMAZING. She helped me reach my own GI - told me exactly what to do to get a hold of her, helped me get their fax number and instructed me on what to write so that I get seen ASAP. It worked and within a few days I got an appointment with my GI. This was all on a Friday night when the clinic was closed, she did not need to help me I was not even a patient there but did out of the goodness of her own heart. I never write reviews but I can just imagine if I was actually a patient there the time and care that would be taken. Highly recommend this clinic, clearly they have great service and I cannot thank Deborah enough for her help. Thank you!

I recently had a colonoscopy at this amazing clinic and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment spoke to the hyper informed person about everything related to my procedure and to when I walked in, I was greeted with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel comfortable and at ease. The procedure itself was smooth and painless, and the follow-up care was top-notch.But the real standout was how the clinic went above and beyond in their follow-up care. Even though it was the holiday season and the staff were supposed to be off, they still reached out to relay my results, check on me and make sure I was doing okay. It's clear that this clinic truly cares about their patients and their well-being, and I am grateful for the care they provided.I would highly recommend this colonoscopy clinic to anyone in need of this procedure. They are truly a cut above the rest and I am confident that they will provide the best care possible. Thank you to the entire staff for your kindness and professionalism.

Amazing staffDr. Reimer explained everything to us step by step. Deb Sheedy is amazing , phoned us right away to reassure us she was on top of things and would be taking care of us. Scheduled a secure web call to explain the results and the next steps. With follow up by email as well.

Who wants to get a colonoscopy? NO ONE! How then, can Dr Reimer and the staff at ScopeMD make it such a lovely experience? I felt comfortable, safe and in great hands the entire time. Props also to Deb, the point-person for appointments and documents. Thank you for making this first-time procedure so smooth. Almost disappointed I can't go back for another 10 years. I SAID ALMOST! ;)

I had only the reviews to encourage me as John and I are recent residents and no one to advise us. I made the appointment. Everything subsequently went smoothly. Deb, the office manager and Dr Reimer, are very experienced professionals who have an enviable nurses team. Outstanding service. How they keep up this level of care day in and day out can only be because they are exceptional people themselves. I can’t thank the entire team enough.

I had a gastroscopy done by Dr. Reimer and it went very smoothly. I felt comfortable the whole time the staff are amazing for that. Highly recommend if you need s colonoscopy or gastroscopy done.

The whole experience, from booking the appointment to one of the nurse accompanying me to my wife’s car to make sure I was ok, was impeccable. The entire staff was exceptional and Dr. Reimer, the gastroenterologist, took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. If we had a perfect healthcare system, that is was every action/interaction would look like.
