The UPS Store

The previous owners John and Josie Tan provided great customer service, unfortunately I can’t say the same for the new owner Muhammad Akram as he’s business & not customer focused. I will be looking for a new place to take passport & other photos.

Employees were helpful and served customers professionally. My package was successfully delivered within the expected timeframe.

Do not use for passport or government photos. We were told that if the photo was rejected we would be refunded. The photo was rejected. I went to ask for the refund and the manager stated that they do not do refunds only free retakes. This is not what we were told. She took a photo of my receipt and said she would talk to her team. A day later I received a voicemail that she would process the refund “if and only if an official rejection letter is provided”. I called back and let her know that we did not receive a letter. She proceeded to tell me that her entire team knows that refunding is not the policy so no one would have said that we would be refunded if the photo was not up to standard. It’s a 28 dollar transaction so not worth driving back to the passport office to get an official rejection letter then driving back to the ups store. She basically called me a liar and refused to refund us for the improper photo. Terrible customer service.

I do not recommend this UPS location. Waited 15 mins past opening on Feb 11th, 2023 and eventually left as the UPS store was still closed and not a single employee on site. There were at least 4 other customers waiting in their cars to stay warm. I ended up going to another location.

We have been a long-time customer of this UPS Store. The new team, under Muhammad Akram's leadership, has continued the tradition of excellence in quality, responsiveness and customer service. We are a high-volume customer, relying on the store's copying and binding services for training materials we produce for our clients. The team is always on time with our orders and has helped us out on a number of short-notice, rush orders. Kudos to everyone on the team.

I am not sure which UPS location is responsible for my delivery today but just a few minutes ago we had a package delivered by a young gentleman and his partner who was driving the truck. As we opened the door my son's puppy escaped with no collar & no leash on him. If it weren't for the amazing friendly and kind delivery gentleman, who went out of their way to help us to get said puppy to come to us, we might not have had a successful outcome since we live on a pretty busy street. His partner got out of the truck to come and help in this endeavour as well. So grateful to these UPS men for their help and kindness that went above and beyond parcel delivery. I should have got their names but wasn't thinking straight! Thank you for both the delivery and puppy recovery. A truly grateful customer!

Excellent professional service. We were looking for a place to get passport photos for our 2 months old while we were rejected by all the stores. Landed at this UPS store and they did great job at very reasonable price (about half of what professional studios were asking) . Thank you.

They are super proactive and helpful compared to other UPS stores i’ve been.Something i’ve noticed that a lot of people are searching for is an price list of printing. Apparently they charge 0.20 cents per page B&W.
