Purchased a large but they gave us a medium, when asked about it, in a condensing tone they told me I ordered a medium. Also the pizza itself had excessive oil, couldn’t finish it.

We cancelled our order On the spot when we saw the employee use his cell phone and go directly to making the pizza prior to washing his hand. The amazing Pizza Nova standards we’ve known for years have really changed with franchises who don’t really care about the Brand.

I'm not sure what the issue is with this store but the last few orders were completely messed up. Most recent order was missing an item and everything was completely cold along with the lasagna container being stood on its side, just wow. The driver was extremely late. Even the customer service rep was surprised at how long the order took.The level of incompetence exhibited by this store over and over is a joke. Perhaps you should hire some more drivers and train employees to verify the order before just stuffing everything carelessly into a bag. Customer service refunded me the order cost. I'm done with this location. Never again. Seems to be a common theme with this location.

Tried the pesto sauce on our pizza with grilled chicken and onions. It was pleasantly surprised with how much we enjoyed it. The only thing I wasn't totally pleased with was the potato wedges.... they needed to be a bit crisper.

This store will have their 18-WHEELER TRUCK block a lane on Ritson and the only legal entrance to this plaza from the street. The other driveway has a sign which reads do not enter"

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time, and never any real problems. When l placed my delivery order tonight, l was called to meet the delivery driver, & no driver, no pizza!I called Pizza Nova and was told the driver went on to deliver another pizza. The very nice person who took my call said she would have a fresh pizza made and was giving me 50% off. After approximately 35 minutes the driver delivered my So Called Fresh Pizza. I paid in cash with a generous tip. Upon opening the box, l knew it wasn’t fresh, it was reheated from my original order. The crust was burnt, the cheese was dark and hard, not a gooey texture, like fresh from the oven! This is the store, not the folks who took my order! Your not going to see my business again for thinking you could pull a con job.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the place looked kept up but the pizza wasn't great. It's was about as good as getting a pizza from little ceasars, but the crust was more thin and crunchy. We got a medium pepperoni here, it was ok but was expecting it would be better than that. Also, the creamy garlis parm dip tastes like a cheap salad dressing, not so great in my opinion
