Needed someone to clean our office. We found them from a google search. It was a pleasant surprise when a live person answered the phone. We had called a few that day just to get voicemail. The lady was very nice to deal with on the phone, she was able to answer questions and give us information on what was needed to get our carpets clean. The appointment was setup painlessly. The cleaning crew arrived on time and the job was done beyond our expectations. We were very pleased, I told them I would leave them a good review. They insisted that if I like their work to give them a referral instead. I'll do both Great Job thank you.

Receptionist is the most thorough and professional I have ever experienced. She and the techs are very polite, friendly and accommodating. The job itself is nothing less than perfection! If you don’t choose these guys, you will be missing out!

Although we have lots of hardwood, the bedrooms and some of our furniture are all light grey or cream and needed a good cleaning. Mr. Steamer Carpet Cleaner did a fabulous job on the rug but most of all the stains taken off our sectional couch was like magic. Really happy with their work and prices were fair. If your getting quotes and live in the Forest Hill area call these guys for honest work.
