Friendly and safe.

My partner, Samuel Gagnon, went into a physio treatment from a head trauma hoping to feel better from the concussion and neck pain. The physio therapist, colleen, seemed to not take into account his discomfirt in several treatments she kept giving him and disregarded his constant communation of pain, of course walking out more injured then he came in. 2 years ago, she also, sadly, did the same thing where he injured his back and she managed to re-injure the already iritated location. during this recent treatment, samuel also found that she only cared about limiting any other treatments that could help his process and suggested to stop seeing all other therapist but her. she took little care in his actual state, disregarding his pain, and managed to re-irritate him in both treatments. if this physio is injurying patients, this should be taken seriously and seen how to limit such events.I hope the business contacts him and apologises for such a horrible expirience and takes further measures.
