Had a wonderful experience with this Mazda location and with Anthony who helped me get the exact car I wanted. In a time of supply shortages, Anthony did his best to get me a car as soon as possible after hearing about my short timelines. He made sure I knew exactly what I was getting with the car and worked with me to ensure that the model/trim fit my budget. There was never any pressure to deviate from the budget I provided and in a matter of days I had a new car ready to go!

Excellent experience at Agincourt Mazda. I suggest you ask for Anthony in sales. Very friendly, not pushy, asked the right questions toget us the car with the options that suited our needs. Kieth in the service/parts was also very helpful.

Hi everyone, I like to share my 7-8 time visits for tyres swap and puncher repair experience. I went to Mazda for this small job and left with scratches on rims and next day car started shaking. I went back for inspection and they told me my rotor are gone, car wasn't driven for 45k so under warrantees and all, they changed the rotors and made scratches on the body. Then I left the car for 2 day to do the paint on that area. I am glad that they painted, and buffed the scratched body and rims but still the rims have some scratches and those multiples visits and experience with the staff, those conversations, loss of my time. I dont feel it's worthy paying that money to tyres swap it could be cheaper outside and the whole experience was not so proffesional. I attached some pictures

My Mazda 3 2019 fuel pump broke. I just needed to know if fuel pumps are covered under power train warranty or not. So I called Agincourt Mazda and spoke to the Rep Ron. He comes across as an extremely rude person. I understand, its busy due to tire season, and if they are short staffed they shouldn't be taking out their frustration on potential customers.I spoke to him on April 19. I called him around 4:30pm and told him about the issue. He said he was busy and would call me back. When he called me back around 7 pm, I explained my problem again, he said that he cannot answer that question and I need to wait to speak to service people and he said they left at 5pm. I asked him why he didn't tell me at 4:30pm and then I could have spoken to them because my car is at the tow company but he spoke over me, rudely and said that it's tire season and people are waiting to speak to him, so I can call tomorrow.I call the next day, and magically Ron knew the answer. He said he can neither confirm or deny that fuel pumps are covered, because there are exceptions, to which my response was, 'okay, but there has to be a manual and what does it say on the manual? Is fuel pump covered under power train warranty?' Ron in a demeaning manner said that, he doesn't want to say yes because he cannot guarantee the fuel pump will be covered because I could have done anything, maybe instead of gas you put diesel, some people also put salt and sugar inside their gas tank. By that point I had nothing to say so I ended the call. I wasn't sure if he was speaking to me in this manner because of my gender. Because when my agent called, Ron gave him a straight answer, who is a male.So to Agincourt Mazda: Maybe hire more part time staff during tire change season? and I think a lot people know there are exceptions to warranty. If I burn down my house because I didn't put out the candle, I know my insurance won't cover it. I think we all have that much common sense.
